To fix Hotspot,

1. Go to Settings > Portable Hotspot
2. Tap on Set up

3. Tap Default and Save

4. Now Turn On Hotspot

Other Misc Settings

• Head into Settings > Notification & Control Center > Status bar

• U will probably find some useful tweaks
