Flashing steps:
Flash like normally you flash rom
use TWRP 3.6.2 for flashing
after flash rom wipe cache and flash TWRP ramdiak again if you want to have TWRP wipe caches and reboot to system!
Notes
First boot takes up to 10 mints be clam
if on setup google service issue change network once
after boot restart and login to playstore
at least give rom 8 to 9 hours to settle down
