Optimize - Update Android Security Patch to December 2019 for some devices

Fix - Third party apps fail to get location or show incorrect location

Optimize - Screen time: Privacy Policy is in Chinese.

Fix - Screen disappears after receiving the calendar notification

Fix - Notification icon is not shown when using MIUI notification style for certain apps, like Phone and Messaging.

Fix - Can not disable "displaying over other apps" notifications. [Android 10 only]

Optimize - Update icons

Fix - App drawer's "All" tab is empty after a reboot, mainly when "App suggestions" setting is disabled.

Fix - Dark mode switched on/off is not applied to Google Feed unless the launcher is restarted.
