Room was super clean and modern, spacious, with a great view of the pool area. We were located in the Tower rooms. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We had an issue at check in with booking glitches and taxes, etc. We found the staff to be very kind and accommodating and found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable. MGM Grand is a good location with a nice variety of amenities to choose from. While sitting at the Level Up bar with friends some ceiling tiles fell due to the rain. The tiles crashed to the bar impacting us with debris. Staff refused to acknowledge our concerns and chose to ignore us. This was not the response we would have expected from MGM and will affect our decisions in the future. They property promised me they would not charge the 3rd night. We left a day early because of the Virus. That the property charge us a 3rd night. We where promised at check in they would not charge us because of the Corna Virus. The location was centrally located, Las Vegas strip, stores, etc. The hotel can use some improvement on the lighting in the restroom. The decor is beautiful; however, when it comes to applying make-up it can be a little difficult to manage. The friendly staff was a very good relief to know that they wanted your experience to be the best. They knew where everything was located and could direct you with ease. There was no fridge in our room. If we got food to go it was imperative to eat it before it went bad. It is huge with a lot of choices. It is also in a great location. The rooms could be updated. We expected a view of the strip when that is the type of room we selected. I did not like nothing about this hotel, this is the worst experience I have ever had with any hotel. Customer service at the check in was horrible, first person stuck his finger out at me twice, the manager I spoke to was rude and did not even give me eye contact. The buffet was horrible and tasted nasty I pod The room hor. The toilet made noises throughout the night 2. Water leaked from shower onto floor in multiple places 3.
