Project Description

Regulatory Strategy and Business Change division is looking for dedicated and skilled individual to improve transparency and reduce the risks associated with trading securities and OTC derivatives (e.g. MAR, MIFID, EMIR). The objectives of our programme is to help the Investment Bank meet their regulatory requirements. A crucial part of our execution and delivery capability is the development of a Test Utility team.

You will gain exposure to multiple areas of the bank and you will have a chance to build a complete understanding of the front-to-back operations of a global investment bank.

Warsaw UAT Pre-Trade team is a part of a central function in our department. The team consists of test managers and both senior and junior test analysts. Apart of the Warsaw team there is also a reporting testing team located in Wroclaw. Key stakeholders (Business Analyst, Project Managers, Developers SIT testers, etc.) are located both in Poland and abroad (London, India)

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage requirements change and maintaining requirements traceability.

• Manage and execute UAT and regression testing

• Work with the wider Projects team, end users on core requirements to identify test scenarios and design test cases

• Participate in test planning

• Maintain functional and regression pack

• Consolidate reporting defects, tracking, validating with Testers, Business analysts and IT department.

• Report and communicate progress of testing for each release.

• Perform data analysis and presentation using Excel

• Identify process improvements and impact analysis of changes

• Develop a sound understanding of the Bank's policies, systems and processes.

• Creating metrics for management reporting

Skills

MUST

Essentials Skills and Qualifications:

• You have at least 2 years of experience, ideally with software testing or business analysis.

• You possess a good knowledge of test methodologies.

• You possess excellent analytical skills and attention to details.

• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

NICE TO HAVE

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Understanding Investment Bank Operations environment and business processes.

• Experience in using HP ALM.
