About Atelier Amauta
Atelier Amauta is an emerging ultra-luxury maison dedicated to creating exceptional handcrafted pieces made from vicuña, the rarest and finest natural fibre in the world.
Native to the high Andes and protected under strict conservation programs, vicuña has been treasured for centuries for its extraordinary softness, rarity and cultural significance. Every Atelier Amauta piece is produced entirely by hand in Argentina by artisans whose knowledge has been passed down through generations, resulting in creations that cannot be mass produced or replicated.
Produced exclusively on a made-to-order basis, our pieces are designed for private residences, interior design projects, luxury hospitality, private aviation and yachting environments where craftsmanship, heritage, provenance and rarity are valued above all else.
Atelier Amauta is building a global luxury maison rooted in Argentine heritage while bringing one of the world’s most extraordinary natural materials to an international audience.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a small number of Strategic Introducers capable of opening meaningful doors and facilitating valuable relationships for the maison.
This role is centered around introductions, relationships and long-term value creation. We are looking for individuals with trusted access to relevant networks who can help position Atelier Amauta among potential clients, interior designers, hospitality groups, strategic partners, ambassadors and investors.
Relevant networks may include:
• Ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs)
• Family offices
• Private wealth advisors
• Interior designers and architects
• Luxury hospitality groups
• Private aviation professionals
• Yachting professionals
• Luxury real estate professionals
• Luxury concierge and lifestyle management networks
Candidates are not expected to have access to all of these sectors. Strong relationships within one or more of these ecosystems are highly valuable and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
The ideal candidate understands that exceptional opportunities are often created through trust, reputation and personal relationships.
Responsibilities
• Identify opportunities where Atelier Amauta’s pieces may be positioned, specified or introduced.
• Facilitate introductions to qualified decision-makers and relevant industry contacts.
• Support the development of strategic relationships and partnerships.
• Represent the maison with professionalism, discretion and credibility.
• Contribute to the long-term growth, visibility and international development of Atelier Amauta.
Qualifications
• Established network within one or more relevant luxury ecosystems.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• High level of discretion, professionalism and personal credibility.
• Appreciation for craftsmanship, heritage and exceptional products.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in helping build a new luxury maison.
• Previous experience in luxury, hospitality, private wealth, aviation, yachting, real estate, design or related sectors is appreciated but not required.
Compensation
This is a commission-based opportunity.
Compensation will be discussed individually based on the nature of introductions, opportunities and commercial outcomes generated.
We are looking to build long-term relationships with individuals who can contribute meaningful value to the growth of the maison. Exceptional contributors may be considered for broader strategic involvement as Atelier Amauta continues to expand internationally.
