Luxembourgish Community Language Owner (Freelance / Remote)

We are looking for a Luxembourgish Community Language Owner to oversee linguistic quality within a global translation community.
In this role, you will act as the key linguistic authority, ensuring high-quality localization, supporting translators, and maintaining language standards across projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform linguistic quality reviews (LQA) and provide clear, objective feedback
* Monitor translator performance and identify quality risks early
* Analyze quality data and dashboards to drive improvements
* Support and train community translators on language standards and best practices
* Maintain terminology and linguistic assets to ensure consistency
Requirements
* Strong command of English (various registers) and native-level proficiency in Luxembourgish
* Experience in translation and localization, including technical and marketing content
* Ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences
* Understanding of terminology management and localization workflows
* Experience with CAT tools (e.g., Memsource)
* Strong analytical and communication skills
