Are you feeling some discomfort from carrying your new bundle of joy? Come in for a relaxing prenatal massage. This massage can be anywhere from 30, 45, or 60 minutes. I provide you with a comfortable pillow to support the baby bump. I will have you lay only on your sides and back during your session. Light to medium firm pressure will be applied during your service upon your request.
During the 60 minute massage you will have a mixture of back and stomach laying while working on the muscles for a short period of time to relieve stress. This massage is perfectly paired with hot stones or aromatherapy.
This massage is perfect for someone who needs to focus on the upper body. During this time you will experience the same sinations as the 90 minute but directly focused in smaller areas. You have the option of:

Aromatherapy massage is Swedish massage therapy using massage oil or lotion that contains essential oils (highly concentrated plant oils). During an aromatherapy massage, you inhale these essential oil molecules or absorb them through your skin

Grapefruit: Balances mood, and reduce stress. Orange: Reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, and relieves pain. Lemon: Reduce anxiety and depression, relives pain, and energized feeling. Lavender: Promotes relaxation, believed to treat anxiety, allergies, depression, insomnia, nausea, and menstrual cramps. Peppermint: Relief from itching, muscle pain, and headache. Sage: Anti-inflammatory.
Guests should not go into the sun with these on their skin, including tanning beds. Certain medical conditions are counter indications that essential oils should not be used.

My second home. I cannot explain how much I love this place. They're so much fun! I used to travel a lot so my body took a major beating from all the flights. So I'd come in every 2 weeks for a deep tissue massage, BUT it's not your typical massage.

This was my first actual full body massage and I can tell you with confidence that I had a great experience! Today I had a couples massage and we both were treated so kindly and we felt very welcomed. The front desk was very professional and my masseur was the best. She really took care of my needs and I have always had really bad back pain and the deep tissue massage was so relaxing and my back has never felt better!
