The hit German show, named ‘Adam Seeks Eve’, sees members of the public, as well as celebrities, bare all as they try to find love in paradise
Contestants on the German version of 'Love Island' have shocked viewers as they strip naked and enjoy romps on the beach in the x-rated show.
The participants, who are a mixture of members of the public and C-list celebrities, are contractually obliged to strip off as soon as they arrive on the show.
Producers believe couples are able to get to know each other better if they meet while naked because they say clothes can convey social status and could establish a person's cultural beliefs.
The 16 contestants have been putting their British counterparts to shame, and while Love Island viewers are shocked by couples getting hot and heavy under the covers, the German couples are performing sex acts on each other in public.
The hit show, which is watched by millions of viewers, has a filthy reputation for showing uncensored sex scenes, and in one moment from this year’s series, a naked male contestant straddles a woman as she sits on a deckchair.
In another scene, one couple has sex on the beach, while other contestants are overcome with passion after they lather themselves up with soap in a blowup swimming pool.
They also undertake the challenges on the show while completely naked, and they all appear with no clothes on in front of the cameras.
The show’s description reads: “A man and a woman meet for the first time on a tropical island, bare-naked.
“Their profiles match on paper, but do they find true love in reality? A third person arrives after the two spend the night together, also naked, resulting in a duel to eliminate the other contestant.
“The chosen candidate gets the power in a last twist - to choose love or leave with money,” it adds.
While contestants enjoy steamy romps and uncensored sex acts as they get to know each other better, back in 2017, one couple took it one step further.

Singer Melody Haase's night of passion with professional kite surfer Marius Hoppe was caught on camera, after the couple dragged a mattress away from the other contestants to get some privacy.
But their raunchy antics were spotted by cameras, and their moment of passion was shared with the world as they got down to business.
But the lovebirds had a violent bust up just a few days later, and during one argument, Melody spat in Marius’ face.

Love Island star Shannon Singh once stripped completely naked on camera in a bid to land herself a wealthy sugar daddy.
Images show the Scottish model, 23, slipping off her plunging gold jumpsuit and posing for a range of sizzling snaps in a kitchen.
According to The Sun , Shannon – using the alias Alexa Campbell – said that she was looking for 'good food', 'nice clothes' and 'nice holidays' as she told her potential suitors: 'You don't know what you're missing.'

The video, titled Very Naughty A Casting Interview, is said to have been shared on numerous porn websites since it was recorded. 
She reportedly said in the video: 'I'm Alexa and I'm a page 3 glamour model looking for someone to spend money on me. I want good food, I want nice holidays, I want nice clothes. It's only a small price to pay for me.'
Adding that the man who lands her could have 'whatever you want', she reportedly continued: 'I actually want to be a very successful model and to be able to support myself, but I just can't do that right now, which is obviously why I'm looking for.'
After the cameraman asked her to show off her physical attributes for 'our clients', she is said to have stripped naked, shielding her modesty with her hands.

Blowing a kiss at the camera, Shannon is then said to have told the target of her video: 'You don't know what you're missing.'
A source close to Shannon told MailOnline: 'It is disappointing a video that until now has only been accessible on a private members' adult site has been put in the public domain for little purpose other than an attempt to shame Shannon.
'It is additionally concerning given that Shannon has been vocal about being trolled in the past, and this is a situation in which she has no means of defending herself.'
Shannon recently reiterated her rampant sexual appetite, confirming she can have sex 'up to eight times a day' and admits she's proud her dad is a former stripper. 
The model, who hails from Fife, hopes being so open about her sex life will empower Asian women to 'own their bodies' and believes entering the show will help break down 'stereotypes' associated with her culture.

Explaining a previous claim about her sex drive in an unearthed podcast she recorded earlier this year in which she bragged about having sex 'eight times a day', Shannon, said: 'It was that I could have sex up to eight times a day.' 
She continued: 'When I am in love with someone, I do have a lot of sex and that's normal and healthy in a relationship. 
'That podcast was all about Asian women being empowered and speaking out about things that typical Asian women don't speak about. 
'I want to empower women and if I can stop the stereotype of Asian women and not owning who you are and being afraid to show your body and all this stuff, if I can be an advocate for that then of course I will be.'

Shannon admits she's 'not from a traditional Asian family', a belief exemplified by her father's former profession. 
Indeed, the OnlyFans star, who has also modelled for PrettyLittleThing, says his racy past made her family 'who we are.' 
She added: 'It's something we are proud of as a family, it's not traditional, it's jokes. I think it's hilarious. 
'It's something I just throw in – when people say 'what's your ethnicity, what's your background?' and I say 'I'm Asian', I think obviously whether people want to or not they do picture Asian families and what they're like and then I throw it in. 
'It's made our family who we are, my brothers, mum and dad, we're very open and honest as a family as I can speak to them about anything and they're a great support system.'

Shannon says she wouldn't rule out having sex in the villa, providing it was the natural step in a relationship, but she insists potential suitors have no chance if they're cocky and arrogant. Plus, younger men are usually also a no go. 
She explained: 'I like old souls, all my friends are older and I just get on with people that have an older soul so a really young, arrogant, cocky lad coming in – if he were chocolate he'd eat himself, that's not my vibe at all. 
'I like guys that are funny, down to earth, family orientated, because I'm such a family girl. If a guy comes in and he's too excited and he's got a rock up his a***, I'll just think calm down and take a deep breath. Arrogance and cockiness are definitely my biggest turn offs.'

Who have you got your eye on in the villa? I’ve definitely got my eye on Jake. He’s 100% the type of boy I would go for at home. It’s too good of a match not to just go for. Liam is definitely a dark horse for me, he’s like James Bond when you look at him, absolutely gorgeous. So he could be a very close second. 
Who have you got your eye on in the villa? I’m very much a connection type of person so I’ll be able to tell more in person. From what I’ve seen and going off their energy, Chloe has been top of my list. It’s been nice to see her be herself and not care what anyone thinks. I think she’ll be a lot of fun.
What is it like dating as a footballer? Does it make things easier or does it stand in the way? A lot of people have an assumption of me as being a typical player, but I got all of that out of my system when I was younger and now I’m a lot more laid-back when it comes to dating. A lot of people would assume that I go on lots of dates but I’m actually quite picky when it comes to who I date. Sometimes it can be hard to know if someone is genuine or not. My mum is really protective over me. The approval is always needed from mumsy, for sure.   
Why have you signed up to Love Island? I've never had a serious relationship and the last 18 months has been really stagnant in terms of meeting new people and dating. Lots of my friends have settled down, had kids. I'm kind of the one that's left back from all of that. Now is the right time. 
Who is their type on paper? Sommer Ray from Instagram. Zara McDermott, she's a good-looking lass. Or Megan Fox. 
How would he describe himself? 'Optimistic. I always see the bright side in the worst situations. I'm a fun guy when I go on a night out. Responsible guy as well.'
Why did you sign up for Love Island? 'I just feel like it’s now or never. I’m only 23 but I’m scared of aging. Especially as half of my last year of uni was taken away and we had so many fun plans. With Covid and the pandemic, I feel like I’ve missed a year of my youth, so I’m really gagging to get it all back.'

Will you step on toes to get who you want? It is what it is, isn’t it? I’m not a bad guy who is going to steal somebody’s girl. But if I want something then I’m going to pursue it. I would go about it all in the right way. Everybody would be well aware of what I was doing.
Will you step on toes to get who you want? That doesn’t bother me. I’m happy to step on someone’s toes to get what I want. If that’s what I’ve got to do, I’ve got to do it. I am looking forward to meeting the boys as well, I’m a proper lads’ lad. I see myself getting on with the boys as well - it’ll be good to meet some new people and get a few bromances going! 
Who is your celebrity crush? This is a very strange answer but Boris Johnson. I have a soft spot for him. It’s the confidence but he is a total sweetheart on the inside and that’s what I like in a boy. He’s the prime minister, very driven but then on the inside he’s a cuddly bear. I also love his blonde hair, that does it for me!
