They even cracked down on booze to stop drunken sex sessions in a bid to make the show less tacky - leaving fans disappointed.
The Sun revealed bosses won't show it on TV because they don't want to "ruin their lives".
But it was romps galore before the new rules were enforced and with one couple even shown having sex on top of the covers while the other Islanders watched.

TERRY shocked viewers by romping with new girl Emma just 36 hours after his love interest Malin was kicked off the show.
As well as forgetting he'd promised to stay faithful, the cameras also appeared to slip Terry's mind.
Things got intimate between the new couple, with Emma climbing on top with the covers off.
Describing the moment, Sophie Gradon said: "I could not believe what I was seeing.. Emma sat there with the duvet off, riding him like a bucking bronco."
Olivia Buckland added: "I feel like they blocked us out, like they had blinkers on like horses do and they just carried on."

A breast was accidentally shown on Love Island during a scene that captured the women in the villa getting ready
Love Island viewers got more than they bargained for on Wednesday's instalment of the series.
In unexpected scenes, a naked breast was accidentally shown on screen during a segment that showed the girls getting ready in their dressing room.
As the camera panned onto Abigail Rawling, sitting down at a mirror as she did her make-up with her wet hair wrapped in a towel, in the background another girl could be seen concentrating on painting their face.
Then in the top right-hand corner of the screen, a figure could be seen wrapped in a towel with a breast accidentally exposed - which fans quickly took to social media to point out.
Surprised at the unexpected nudity, one penned: "So uhhh… no ones going to mention the boob that fully popped out on camera that the producers missed?"
Another added: "is everyone gonna ignore the boob flash in the changing room mirror ?????????"

The Love Islanders have to follow strict rules inside the Majorcan villa and one is that contestants are not allowed to be totally naked in front of any of the other islanders - ever.
This is because technically, everywhere in the villa is public, and showing yourself in public is a definite no-no - even in the bathroom.
Love Island is set to explode on Friday night as Faye Winter and Teddy Soares have an explosive fight.
The pair have been going strong in recent days after the Casa Amor twist saw Faye recouple with Sam Jackson after she saw Teddy kissing Clarisse Juliette in a postcard photograph.
After some discussions about Teddy’s faithfulness to her and how Faye had overreacted, the pair mended bridges and Faye was left questioning just how serious she felt about him.
On Thursday night’s episode, the boys and girls competed in a movie night challenge that saw the villa view clips from throughout the series.
One clip saw Faye discussing with the girls whether Teddy was funny enough for them to work together as a couple while he was away in Casa Amor.
She was then shown flirting with Sam Jackson after being shown the postcard.
Teddy was clearly uncomfortable and later admitted in the Beach Hut that it wasn’t pleasant for him to see.
However, Friday night’s preview looks set to see the couple divided even further by the challenge.
“I told you the truth and you told me jack s**t,” shouts Faye at Teddy.
Teddy responds: “So I lied to you?”
A fuming Faye shouts back: “Yeah you didn’t f***ing tell me the truth did you?”
As Teddy tries to argue his case, Faye shouts: “You didn’t f***ing tell me the truth!”
Kaz Kamwi and Millie Court are seen looking aghast at the brutal scenes.
