Lotus Biscoff Tiramisu Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 package Lotus Biscoff biscuits (32 pieces)
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 ½ cup whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons Lotus Biscoff spread
- Cocoa powder for topping
Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl add whipping cream and powdered sugar. Beat with a hand mixer until soft peaks form.
Step 2
Add soft mascarpone cheese, melted Biscoff spread, and vanilla extract and mix well until smooth. Dip Biscoff biscuits in room temperature espresso.
Step 3
Place the biscuits at the bottom of the small glass cups. Spread the cheese mixture onto biscuits. Flatten with a spoon and repeat the step of dipping the biscuits in the coffee for the second layer.
Step 4
After adding the rest of the cream to it and spreading it, put it in the refrigerator. Let rest in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours. Dust with cocoa powder just before serving.
