Color: Coconut Plump Verified Purchase
This lipstick DOES have a slight tingling sensation that MAY be the reason why they call it a plumping lipstick. My lips didn’t look much different to me after I applied it, but I didn’t expect much. It doesn’t have much of a color. In fact, it kind of decreased the natural color of my lips, so it made my face look “deader” than it did before. I am in “the mature woman” category now, and it is so hard to find products that look good on me, especially when I buy online. And I buy from Amazon almost exclusively. Lipsticks are especially impossible to judge from online sites. I actually might have to go to a stone, brick, and wood store to find one that looks good on me, but there the lipsticks are glued shut! What’s a mature woman to do? Update-9/22/19- I added photos of the lipstick on my hand. You can see that I’m very fair. And the second is a photo of the lipstick color itself. I guess, to be fair, this is promoted as a lip plumper and moisturizer, not a lip color, per se.

I saw this in Allana Davison's video in search for the perfect orange lipstick because I too, am in search of the perfect orange lipstick and I too do not want to spend a butt load of money on the friggin Hermes lipstick! This one seemed great and it is! It's a really pretty sheer wash. I love that it adds shine. I do wish it had a teensy bit more pigment because my lips are already pretty pigmented underneath but that's just me bc as you can see by the swatch on my hand, it's not like it's totally sheer. I like the minty tingle but, as we all know, most topical plumping products are BS. I wasn't buying it for that. This is a lovely summer shade if you wanna feel pretty in quarantine... or at your essential job!

This Lipstick is absolutely perfect! The color is amazing, it is a true bright fusia but is still easy to wear with anything! It glides on so smoothly and feels amazing on your lips! I definitely recommend using it before any other ljp products to get the full effect! I am a chapstick junkie so with many Lipsticks I have to use a lipbalm or gloss after applying. This L'Oreal Lipstick & Plumper is so buttery and glides on like silk. Its one of the first lip products I've found that meets all my lip needs! It does not need constant replying, the color pops and almost has a holographic effect without looking juvenile. It just makes your lips look luscious! Sometimes I use a lip liner with it to make my lips look fuller and if I am going out I sometimes use a stain or a 24hr Lipstick underneath to ensure the color stays decadent without constant replication (which normally isn't problem unless i M getting food or drinks without a straw. I have even taken a dab...(just a very small amount needed for a beautiful effect) and rubbed it on the apples of my cheeks when in a rush as a blush and got beautiful effect! It will actually plump you cheeks too! The effect looked so beautiful I actually got compliments and women asked what blush I use to get that beautiful effect! Sometimes I use it that way just because I love fhe color, how easily it blends, and the very unique effect it produces! It looks better than most blushes and highlighters combined by giving off this amazing ethereal glow! My only issue is that the lid does not stay closed and I have to tape it. It actually ruined one of my purses and several of the items in it! :( I was so upset when it happened because the purse was a gift of which I always treasure (& a VERY exclusive one at that!). It made me really sad because gifts are so nalstalgic to me. I repurchased it because I couldn't bear to tell my loved one that it got ruined. Many of the items in it could not be cleaned easily enough to keep and put in a new purse, also, which was a big bummer. I took a picture of where I put a thin strip of translusent medical tape I put over the L'Oreal logo to prevent this from happening again. The fact that I am still raving about this product should speak VOLUMES! (I would just suggest keeping it in a small makeup bag incase the issue isn't limited to my tube and you want to keep your purse and it's contents!)

This lipstick is great. I was looking for lipstick that was like a lip conditioner with no color but that felt great on my lips so that I could use it over my lipsticks when I still had color but had lost some moisture. This one definitely fits the bill. It does have a slight shimmer to it, which makes it look glossy, I’d rather it not, but obviously it doesn’t bother me because I ordered 3 more tubes!!! As far as plumping, it tingles a little, so I guess it gets my blood in my lips pumping maybe with a little plumping effect. I got it for the way it feels in my lips and the colorless effect though. I love it!

I have purchased four colors of this lipstick and I like them very much. They go on glossy and sheer, however the colors "pop" and are really pretty. I mix the brighter ones with the more neutral ones to get more variety of shades, and since they're all the same brand, they mix very well. They do not last very long on me, maybe for about 3-4 hours, and then they need to be reapplied.
