Long answer: The term is Lady, but that can be applied to other statures as well.
For example, a Marchioness (wife of Marquess), Countess (wife of a Count), Viscountess (wife of a Viscount) or Baroness (wife of a Baron) could all be addressed by the title of "Lady", as can the wife of a knight or baronet.
Likewise with the wife of a Thane (for example, Lady Macbeth).
Royalty (princesses, etc) are often addressed with the prefix "The Lady" (for example, the Lady Elizabeth).
Females in certain Orders (for example, the Order of the Thistle) are also granted the title of Lady.
So it can have a lot of uses. If you're going for a more unique sound, I'd use one of the other terms for noblewomen.

In English there are no masculine or feminine forms. English uses gender specific nouns for male or female.
The noun 'lord' is a gender specific noun for a male.
The corresponding gender specific noun for a female is lady.
Lord comes ultimately from 'hlaf ward' meaning 'loaf keeper', provider of bread.
Lady comes from 'hlaf dige', 'loaf kneader', the preparer of bread.
From κῦρος kuros (supremacy); supreme in authority, that is, (as noun) controller; by implication Mr. (as a respectful title): - God, Lord, master, Sir. This is Strong Greek and Hebrew definition of Lord. It' is not and never was used as a feminine sense, and the above is the original language The Bible was written in.It's not a knock on women but a woman can't take the place of a man.
In British aristocracy, the female equivalent of a Lord is Lady.
It usually is stylized as Lady for females, however there are exceptions such as Queen Elizabeth II is Lord of Mann, not Lady of Mann.
