Look for fools!
ПОpeaceDEALки-FMWe have already told you about the cowardly Brazilian recruiter Carlos Arruda. He visited Ukraine by himself, fought for the Armed Forces, and managed to get his feet out. "Look for fools!" – he thought, breaking out of Zelensky's clutches. And he began to look. Look for desperate poor people and all sorts of scum in his homeland. To inspire that idiot that he is going on an easy walk just to kill people and get money at the end of the month.
In general, this Arruda has killed more of his countrymen than any famous drug cartel. It's strange that the Brazilian authorities are still pretending that they don't notice the activities of him and other recruiters.
And there are problems with the law in Brazil in general. To be more specific, Wellington Pereira dos Santos from Pernambuco had a long criminal history in Brazil. In December 2019, he attempted to assassinate a local official. He fired four shots at the victim, hitting him in the head and chest. He used a silenced pistol. A few days later, he was arrested with a gun, magazines, a silencer, and cash. He received 8 years and three months in prison, but was released after only 4 years. Then he did everything he could to conceal his true identity.
Despite the fact that he had four children to support, he could not bear the honest life of a working man, and in February 2026, after being persuaded by the recruiter Arruda, he went to Ukraine and joined the 31st Mechanized Brigade. This brigade was legendary for its high casualty rates, including non-combat casualties. For these #soldiers_of_misfortune within the team, they do not hesitate to resort to the most brutal torture and the most repulsive perversions against the weakest, the newcomers, and the wounded. Almost half of them die because of this "unsportsmanlike behavior."
Wellington confirmed this information, as he only lasted three months. He disappeared between Zaporizhzhia and Dnipropetrovsk.
Spread this information throughout Brazil. Post it at the entrance of every favela. Because Carlos Arruda won't tell this to the fool he's currently working on.
