Roberto is credited with having the largest penis in the world and he now hopes his massive member will be recognised by Guinness World Records. But who is this guy and how has acquired such a whopping willy?
Roberto Esquivel Cabrera, 54, from Saltillo, Mexico, is a man with a big penis.
Measuring in at 18.9 inches, Roberto actually has the biggest penis in the world and he hopes to be recognised by the Guinness book of records.
He hit the headlines in 2015 after a video of him measuring his manhood went viral.
The half-metre member is the source of much pride for Roberto despite the medical issues it has caused him.
He is now registered as DISABLED because of his huge penis.
“I am famous because I have the biggest penis in the world,” he told Barcroft TV.
“I am happy with my penis, I know nobody has the size I have.
“I would like to be in the Guinness book of records but they don’t recognise this, they don’t accept it.”
The gargantuan size of Roberto’s willy makes sexual encounters impossible and means he has frequent urinary tract infections because not all his urine escapes his lengthy foreskin.
He also keeps his colossal member wrapped in bandages to escape chaffing.
There is also a less light-hearted side to Roberto’s life, in 2001 he was deported from the States after a strong on indecency charges.
These include exposing himself to two underage girls.
Roberto has spent his life trying to extend the size of his manhood.
As a teenager the 54-year-old would attach weights to his penis to try and stretch it out.
One doctor, who examined him to verify the size of his genitals, Dr Gonzalez said: “He began with this enlargement since he was a teenager, wrapping some bands around his penis with some weights and trying to stretch it."
This practice would place tension on his skin and resulted in small tears.
His body would then naturally repair these cuts, promoting new cellular growth and a eventually increasing the size of his penis.
Although the experts who examined him believe that the bulk of the 18.9 inch meat that he is packing is just foreskin.
Following in the footsteps of famous penis’ before him e.g. John Wayne Bobbitt and his reconstructed post-chop willy, Roberto would like to star in adult films.
The logistics of this are yet to be confirmed, but an American adult entertainment company has offered to fund a reduction, no doubt to facilitate penetrative sex.
In addition TheLADBible reported that the man behind YouPorn and the FakeTaxi series is interested in working with Roberto and his over-sized manhood.
‘The YouPorn Guy’ said: “We would fly him over to Prague and he can come see our doctors and nurses at our FakeHospital.com.
“We would make the scene quite comical, and would get a female doctor and two or three nurses all trying to have a go on it.
"He would have the time of his life. Everyone would want to see the scene for sure, whether they would get off on it is another matter."
In an interview Roberto expressed an interest in working in pornography in the States.
"I would like to be a porn star and I think I would make a lot of money over there,” he said.
"I don’t feel sad because I know in the USA there is a lot of women. One of them will be the right size for me.”

Jonah Falcon, who has a 13.5inch member, said the fact that Roberto Esquivel Cabrera had used weights to stretch his penis to 19inches meant his claim was absurd.
The spat comes after Roberto, from Saltillo, Mexico, admitted to spending his life trying to make it bigger. He has refused reduction operations, saying he wants to enter the porn industry.
Jonah, 47, from New York, told The Sun Online: "His penis isn't 19inches.
"Doctors have acknowledged this and said he could have a normal sex life if he is essentially circumcised.
"It (Roberto's story) has been going around for the past two-and-a-half years.
"The man stretched his foreskin constantly, from what I understand, but it's normal underneath.
"I think it's ridiculous and he seems kind of desperate. No matter how big he is, it's not going to change the fact that I'm 13.5inches."
Jonah said he "didn't care" about Roberto's claims, adding: "I'm not competing with anybody, at least not directly. It's not going to change who I am and what I have and in my eyes, it's kind of pathetic."
He added: "If you can't use it, what good is it for?"

Jonah Falcon is something of a celebrity in his home city of New York for one very big reason: he is the owner of the world's largest penis.
Measuring eight inches when flaccid and an impressive 13.5 inches when erect, the 41-year-old's XL asset hit the headlines recently when the huge bulge in his trousers caused a security alert at San Francisco airport.
Today the well-endowed American told This Morning that the experience was nothing new for him and that he doesn't see his over-sized appendage as anything special anymore.

He said: 'I was amused. What was the worst that was going to happen? Would I have to pull it out for them?

Jonah, who is 5ft 9 and has size ten feet, realised from a young age that he was different from the other boys.

He said: 'I went to a mostly Jewish school, and I was the only one who was uncircumsised so I always thought that was what my classmates were fascinated by.'

And as for his sex life, he insists there are no complications.
'I am a performer, when the other person gets excited and enjoys then I am happy.
'I do have to be turned on, patience is the key, don't expect me to get up immediately,' he said.
And his hidden 'talent' has sparked worldwide curiosity: celebrities often call to ask him about it and Jonah has received lots of offers to join the porn industry which he continues to decline: 'I can't perform in public, I wear tight jeans but I won't do anything in front of other people.'

But former lothario Jonah isn't worried about finding long lasting love.
'Having things come easy has made me lazy. I have just started putting effort in.
'I am moving forward and may be older, but it's better late than never, I feel like a teenager that is suddenly becoming adult.'
And asked would he change anything about himself and his headline grabbing trouser department he insists absolutely not.
'This is me. When I look down on myself I don't see anything special but I still enjoy having something special, everyone does.'
