I went and searched for the site lolibooru (don't judge me) and it redirected me to something called deadfrog.us and now I'm worried it was an FBI honeypot. I also accidentally clicked a hyperlink (I'm on my iPad and was not looking at what was clicked so I don't know the website name but I got a glimpse of the URL and it was all numbers and stuff, but it looked like it had semi young girls, they where probably 18 but now I'm paranoid, it kinds looked like a shady website so I exited when I noticed I was on a different website, but it still took me a while to look back at my iPad an noticed what had happened.
I'm 17 and I'm really scared, please don't joke in the comments, everything I said above was true, I'm anonymous I have no reason to lie.

All that means is the website is down; the domain name expired. It's happened before to that website, so it doesn't mean it's down permanently. Don't worry, no one is coming after you.
There's another website out there called Gelbooru.com that's essentially the same thing if you just can't wait.
Though just to be clear to everyone reading this, GELBOORU IS A PORNOGRAPHIC SITE.
Honestly, probably not. But, to be safe you may want to call you fathers attorney and explain the situation to create a reasonable defense if and when they arrest you for the violations. I would be more so afraid of the DEA comming for a gram of marajuana in your sock drawer (not judging) than the FBI dealing with child pornography. Is that their jurisdiction? Possibly, sell the iPad immediatly and wipe for finger prints.

The Authorities are probably looking for repeat offenders and people that are logged to these sites for a long time. If your only logged into them for a short period they probably recognize it as a mistake and won't follow it up. If you feel it would make you better you can tell your parents, your only doing what 17 year olds do, everyone has done it by accident.
It was properly some ad pop-ups and I doubt there is anything to worry about. Talk to your parents or siblings or even a friend.
if you are really worried about it then call the police and tell them what happened and tell them it was by a mistake.
