Lock TWRP flasher in Positron kernel for veux

Positron has TWRP flasher enabled by default, you need to follow this guide if you want to disable it. This needs to be done before you flash the kernel.

After performing this action you can flash the kernel.zip through either TWRP & AOSP recoveries or the Kernel Flasher app.

Visible differences between TWRP flasher enabled/disabled.

Create an empty file and name it "TWRP_LOCK" inside the kernel.zip
