Local Agenda 2️⃣1️⃣ Practices. Harran, Turkey 🦃

✅ The research aims to approach the issues not ❌️ only from the point 👈️ of view of state but from the point 👈️ of view of all actors 👤🎭️ to whom responsibility is assigned while mentioning the implementation in Turkey 🦃 by assessing the philosophy of Local Agenda 2️⃣1️⃣ Program. The implementation of the Harran Municipality implementing the Local Agenda 2️⃣1️⃣ program was investigated within this scope. The level 🎚️ of achievement of the Local Agenda 2️⃣1️⃣ adopted in Turkey 🦃 and ➕ policies in the reviewed sample implementation were assessed. The paper 📜 includes proposals that will allow all local administrations in Turkey 🦃 to query their own programs within the framework of the local Agenda 2️⃣1️⃣ action program in a manner to participate in the process o urban transformation, to ⤵️ come ⬆️ up with local sustainable development 👨‍💻️ policies and ➕ establish short and ➕ long term strategic plans aimed at solving problems.
