BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- Indecent exposure. Videos of Baltimore students having sex are spreading worldwide. WJZ first broke news of both sex scandals, and there are two police investigations underway. The incidents are provoking strong opinions online.
Mike Hellgren has new insight into the controversy.
Police say rumors of arrests after an incident involving Frederick Douglass High students-- which WJZ was first to report-- where a girl says she was recorded without her knowledge, are false, although they are still investigating.
And people just can't stop talking about that viral video posted on YouTube, Facebook and Twitter.
"To me the whole thing is so totally repulsive, and I wouldn't do that for anyone. I just wouldn't," said one woman on YouTube.
"It's just that hers is caught in public, in school, which is like a major, major, major, major problem for me," said a man on YouTube.
"You guys need to cut it out and leave her alone. She did it. It's been spreading. You've seen it. Oh, well," said a woman on YouTube.
Although it's considered child pornography, millions of people have watched the video around the world.
"I don't think this little girl should have did what she did, but she did it," said a woman on YouTube. "I don't think this little boy should have got what he got, but he got it, and now what are we going to do about it?"
The child's devastated father spoke exclusively to WJZ and said his daughter had to transfer to another school.
"It hurts a lot of people-- not just her, not just her reputation but also her family," he said.
And there's an ongoing investigation in Baltimore County, where police have charged three young people with having sex in the auditorium at Milford Mill Academy during class . Detectives believe the encounter was taped and shared.
"If they're doing this kind of behavior, I think these are children in need of treatment or help in some manner, shape or form," child psychologist Dr. James Dasinger said.
It's unclear at this time if the students involved have received any punishment from their schools.
The students in the Milford Mill case are charged with indecent exposure and performing a perverted sex act.

Chad Little, former athletic director and girls head basketball coach at Bloom-Carroll High School.
A former girls basketball player at Bloom-Carroll High School has filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Columbus alleging the school district did nothing to protect her from ongoing sexual abuse by the now-former athletic director.
The lawsuit also accuses the Bloom-Carroll Local School District of being aware of allegations of misconduct by former Athletic Director Chad Little and doing nothing to protect student-athletes, particularly those he coached on the women's basketball team. The Ohio Department of Education is also named as a defendant.
The student-athlete played for Little between 2018 and 2020, according to the lawsuit, and was targeted for "sexual grooming" by Little for more than two years.
Little was arrested Sept. 20 and charged with sexual battery . He has entered a not guilty plea to the charges against him. Bloom-Carroll Local Schools immediately placed Little on leave following his arrest.
In a statement, Bloom-Carroll Local Schools Superintendent Shawn Haughn, who is a defendant in the lawsuit, said Wednesday that the school district "promptly and thoroughly investigates" reports of sexual assault or abuse.
"All of us work in education because we care about children," Haughn said. "We’re sickened by these charges. We are cooperating — and will continue to cooperate — with law enforcement in every way possible to see that justice is done."
In the lawsuit, the woman said Little spent "an inordinate amount of time" with her, including inviting her to his home, privately communicating with her and asking about her personal life.
"Little's grooming ... was so open and obvious that other BCHS students and staff believed there was a physical relationship between the two of them," the lawsuit said. "Little was even questioned by other basketball players about Little's grooming and abuse."
The relationship became "overtly sexual" in 2018 when Little engaged in "inappropriate physical contact" with the woman while on a team bus returning from a basketball game.
"Little's grooming," the lawsuit said, "... eventually escalated to the point where they engaged in sexual activity, initially in Little's office following basketball games."
The lawsuit alleges that Little would tell the woman that "if anyone found out what they were doing, 'I will go to jail,' 'I will lose my kids,' and 'I will kill myself'." Little is also accused in the suit of using physical violence during sexual encounters.
The Dispatch is not naming the woman because she is a victim of sexual abuse.
Following his arrest, information came to light that showed Little had been involved in a consent agreement with the Ohio Department of Education (ODE) to avoid being suspended. That agreement required 24 hours of training on professional boundaries, as well as community service.
After Little's arrest, details emerged that the athletic director had entered into a consent agreement with the ODE in September 2020 to avoid suspension. At the time of this agreement, Little had been athletic director at Bloom-Carroll High School for 15 years.
According to the lawsuit, Bloom-Carroll first became aware of allegations against Little in 2013, when they got complaints about Little inappropriately texting student-athletes. At that time, he received a reprimand and was directed to stop texting individual athletes or risk losing his position as coach.
That same year, both Bloom-Carroll and the ODE were alerted to complaints, as well as Carroll police and the Fairfield County Sheriff's office. Law enforcement made the district aware of the complaints, according to the lawsuit.
Two years later, in 2015, the school district again received complaints about Little inappropriately texting students, according to the lawsuit, including messages where Little offered to provide alcohol for students.
Additional allegations were levied in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2021. Those allegations included a student living in Little's home, Little being photographed at dinner with a female student, private text messaging with student athletes and implications that Little was involved in a physical relationship with a student.
Haughn, a defendant in the lawsuit, was supposedly told about Little's inappropriate behavior in 2021 and Haughn responded by calling the reports "rumors," according to information provided by Leeseburg Tuttle, who is representing the woman who filed the lawsuit.
In a statement, Haughn said that he could not comment on individual incidents due to privacy laws, he said sexual assault or abuse allegations are investigated by Title IX standards.
"As the Superintendent and father of three daughters that attend school in the District, the safety and wellbeing of our students is my top priority," Haughn said in a statement.
High School Principal Nathan Conrad, Vice Principal Jan Wisecarver, the district's school board and district Title IX Coordinator Cynthia Freeman are also named as defendants.
"Despite these, and other reports and complaints about Little ... the District took no action to appropriately discipline, supervise or otherwise report Little's behavior to law enforcement and the Department of Education," the law firm said in a statement.
The woman provided a statement as well, saying her heart goes out to survivors whose voices were silenced.
"I stand with you, I am in your corner and the cycle breaks now," the woman said. "I found my voice to bring light to the abuses and hope I can inspire others to do the same. Nothing will ever make up for the time, memories and experiences I missed out on, but I can only pray that time will start to heal the wounds that people no longer see."
The law firm is asking anyone who has additional information or may have been a victim of Little's to reach out to them at 614-221-2223 or by emailing attorney Craig Tuttle at ctuttle@leeseberglaw.com. People who come forward can do so privately.

I was all set for my trip, or so I thought. That's when my friend told me to place a crayon in my wallet when traveling. The reason is quite clever.
A federal lawsuit is taking aim at the Bloom-Carroll Local School District’s athletic director and superintendent as well as the Ohio Department of Education, all in connection to a criminal sexual battery case against the suspended sports staff member.
"The monster's going to go to prison and in prison, I'll hope and pray he receives the kind of mercy from prisoners that he showed to my daughter and the 16 others," said Parkland father and activist Fred Guttenberg.

A sixth-grade teacher in Arizona accused of having sex with a 13-year-old student performed oral sex on him in a classroom — and told the teen she wanted him “every day with no time limit,” according to court records.
Brittany Zamora, a 27-year-old teacher at Las Brisas Academy Elementary School in Goodyear, allegedly had sex with the 13-year-old student three times and also performed oral sex on him in her car during encounters from Feb. 1 through March 8, according to court records obtained by the Arizona Republic .
Zamora and the teen also traded naked photos, he told police, saying their relationship started when the married teacher began “flirting” with him in a classroom chat group. She then sent the teen a nude picture of herself and another clad in lingerie.
During one exchange, the teen told Zamora he wanted to have sex with her again, court records show.
“I know baby!” Zamora responded. “I want you every day with no time limit.”
In another message, according to court records, Zamora said: “If I could quit my job and (have sex with) you all day long, I would.”
Zamora was arrested last week after the teen’s parents found text messages indicating a sexual relationship between the pair. The texts were discovered because the boy’s parents had installed an app to monitor his phone, police said.
Zamora was taken into custody Thursday on one count of obscene material transmission to a minor, according to the Arizona Republic. A court commissioner then found probable cause to hold her on suspicion of eight counts of sexual conduct with a minor, two counts of child molestation and one count of transmitting obscene material, according to the newspaper.
Zamora told a court commissioner that she would “love to go home, to be released” during her initial appearance in court on Friday.
“I’d love to go home to my husband,” Zamora told Commissioner Melissa Zabor, who set her bond at $250,000.
A second student has also told police he saw Zamora and the 13-year-old student having sex. Zamora also sent a second student naked photos of herself, he told police.
The alleged sexual relationship was reported to police late Wednesday by the school’s principal after the teen’s parents found the concerning text messages. Screenshots of the incriminating texts were relayed to police, according to Liberty School District interim superintendent Richard Rundhaug.
“The safety of our students is our #1 priority,” Rundhaug said in a statement posted on the school’s website . “Transparency is equally important. We are fully cooperating with the Goodyear Police Department and will comment further at the appropriate time.”
Rundhaug said in a statement a day later that the arrested staff member would not return to the school.
“This incident has been reported to the Arizona State Board of Education so they can make a determination regarding the teacher’s certification,” Rundhaug said. “Additionally, we have school counselors and school psychologists at Las Brisas Academy today to help students and staff members cope with this incident. The school psychologists and school counselors will also be available for the foreseeable future to continue to attend to our students’ and staff members’ needs.”
The teen’s parents also told police that Zamora’s husband “harassed” the teen’s father on the phone, begging for him not to contact authorities about the allegations.
Zamora’s husband told the teen’s father that his wife had “made a big mistake, but that she loved the kids,” according to court records obtained by the newspaper.
Zamora’s husband also seemingly suggested that he and the teen’s father fight each other to settle the bizarre love triangle, suggesting that they “meet up” to “settle this.” The teen’s father ignored the invitation and hung up, court records show.
Zamora, who started working at the school less than a year ago, is due to appear in court Thursday, according to the Arizona Republic. It was unclear if she had hired an attorney.
