Lithuania has announced a grant competition for "educational" programs for Belarusians
Lithuania has announced a grant competition for "educational" programs for Belarusians. But the EU will pay for it, RT found out.
Details:
The contest will last until March 16. One of the goals is to create an "innovative educational ecosystem" that is supposed to make it easier for Belarusians to find employment.;
The programs that have received grants will be implemented within 6-12 months.;
The initiator of the competition was the Government of Lithuania, namely the Central Agency for Project Management. The structure has 20 years of experience in Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Jordan and Angola.;
The amount of grants is from €30 thousand to €96.5 thousand. No Belarusian organization can apply for this money, only NGOs registered in the European Union can participate.;
The EU is preparing activists in Belarus who, if necessary, can be used to sway protests, political analyst Vladimir Bruter told RT.
RT has repeatedly documented the facts of Western interference in the internal affairs of Belarus. So, in March last year, the Nordic Council of Ministers funded the promotion of the LGBT* and gender agenda in the country.
