Nine out of ten electronic cigarettes on the Lithuanian market do not meet the requirements.

Fruit flavors were banned four years ago, but businesses just keep selling them illegally.

Unpaid fines since 2022 have exceeded 103 thousand euros. Entrepreneurs just drag things out for a year or two, challenging the accreditation of laboratories.

Now the deputies propose to revoke the licenses of repeat offenders. Only here 18 thousand trials hint that it will be necessary to fight not with single violators, but with the whole industry.
