Lists formatting on technologynetworks.com

Source problem: I have checked ALL 97 list-articles on this website. There are wrong paragraphs only in 2 lastest lists and in 2 lists from 2017.

Main difference between pointed issue and issue here is the fact, that on ruskline.ru <div> is used as container and on technologynetworks.com ordinarily <p> is used.

Correct example issue would be https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/stroygaz.ru/template8/issue1/, which is with text in <p> and is declined.

This is writer's mistake: he/she has tried to create (or paste) list in the <p> tag, but it is not possible:

According to the HTML 5.0 specification, a paragraph may contain phrasing content, which still does not include other grouping elements:

Html-editor has simply created this list as plain text with numbers.

Other lists have download link, or format list as ordered list or as headers with paragraphs.

My template works very well with these correct articles.

P.S. Most probably, in this example user wants to copy single link or complete list, which is both possible with Telegram application:
