List of committed terrorist attacks – 2023 (Part II)
Russia's MFA▪️ On October 11, 2023, Russian citizens K.Zhuravlyov, born in 2005, S.Miyovich, born in 2004, A.Kandelaki, born in 2004, and K.Fomichyov, born in 2005, were detained in Moscow. They committed a terrorist act on the instructions of Ukrainian special services in Aleksandrov, Vladimir Region, by setting fire to at least five cars parked in public places with "Z" stickers on them.
On November 22, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the Vladimir Region opened criminal case No. 12301170005000958 under Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia.
▪️ On October 16, 2023, Russian citizen V.Kildiyarov, born in 1997, was detained in Ufa, Republic of Bashkortostan. An opponent of the special military operation in Ukraine, he committed sabotage setting fire to two blower cabinets for power transformers.
On December 19, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Russian Federal Security Service Directorate for the Republic of Bashkortostan opened criminal case No. 12307800001000042 under Article 281, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.
▪️ On October 25, 2023, Russian citizen Ye.Semyonov, born in 1990, was detained in Armavir, Krasnodar Territory. Semyonov committed a terrorist attack at the instructions of the Ukrainian special services by deploying a toxic substance at the location where the graduation anniversary celebration of the Armavir Red Banner Higher Military Aviation Air Defense Pilot School was taking place.
On October 25, 2023, the Investigations Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Krasnodar Territory opened criminal case No. 12302030077000074 under Article 205, Part 3 of the Criminal Code of Russia.
▪️ On November 16, 2023, Russian citizen V.Kildiyarov, born in 1997, was detained in Ufa, Republic of Bashkortostan. An opponent of the special military operation in Ukraine, he committed a terrorist act by setting fire to the military commissariat of the city’s Dyomsky district.
On December 19, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Russian Federal Security Service Directorate for the Republic of Bashkortostan opened criminal case No. 12307800001000042 under Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.
▪️ On November 17, 2023, Russian citizen N.Shushara, born in 1946, was detained in Novosibirsk, Novosibirsk Region. She carried out a terrorist attack by setting fire to the building of the military commissariat in the Dzerzhinsky district of the city.
On November 17, 2023, the Investigative Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Novosibirsk opened criminal case No 1230150000530002229 under Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia.
▪️ On November 23, 2023, M.Vasyuk, a citizen of Moldova, born in 1991, was detained in Volokolamsk, Moscow Region. He committed an act of terrorism by setting fire to the building of the military commissariat of the Volokolamsk, Lotoshinsk and Shakhovsky urban districts of the Moscow Region, causing damage to property. There were no casualties.
On November 23, 2023, the Investigative Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Volokolamsk Municipal District opened criminal case No. 12301460002000670 under Article 205 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.
▪️ On November 27, 2023, underage Russian citizen T.Islamov, born in 2008, was detained in Buinaksk, Republic of Dagestan. He committed a terrorist act by setting fire to a relay box near the Buinaksk station of the North Caucasus Railway.
On December 27, 2023, the Makhachkala Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ Regional Directorate for Transport opened a criminal case No. 12301008115000351 under Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.
▪️ On December 11, 2023, Russian citizens A.Shaginyan, born in 2004, A.Kerselyan, born in 2003, and A.Manukyan, born in 2005, were detained in Krasnodar, Krasnodar Territory. They carried out a terrorist attack under the instructions from the Ukrainian special services, which involved setting fire to technological equipment along a section of the North Caucasus Railway. The incident resulted in material damage, but there were no casualties or injuries.
On December 11, 2023, the Investigative Unit of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs’ Linear Department for Krasnodar opened criminal case No. 12301008113000289 under Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.
▪️ On December 21, 2023, Russian citizen M.Kim, born in 2002, was detained in the city of Saratov, Saratov Region, for committing, on instructions from the Ukrainian secret services, a terrorist act by setting fire to the Museum of History of the Special Military Operation, with considerable material damage caused as a result. There were no casualties.
On December 21, 2023, the Investigative Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Saratov opened criminal case No. 12301630048001987 under Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.
▪️ On December 28, 2023, Russian citizens Ye.Mefodovsky, born in 1995, A.Sharov, born in 2003, and V.Levchenko, born in 2006, were detained in Tambov, Tambov Region. They committed a terrorist act of arson on the instructions of Ukrainian special services by setting fire to technological equipment in the South-Eastern Railway section.
On December 9, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ Linear Directorate for Tambov opened criminal case No. 12301009619000061 under Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.
