▪️ On January 9, 2023, Russian citizen D.Mikheyev, born in 2001, wasdetained in Bratsk, Irkutsk Region. Mikheyev, an opponent of the special military operation in Ukraine, set fire to the building of the city’s military commissariat. There were no casualties or injuries, but significant material damage was incurred.

On January 25, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Russian Federal Security Service Directorate for the Irkutsk Region opened criminal case No. 12301250043000011 under Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On January 17, 2023, Russian citizens I.Simonov, born in 1988, and G.Istomin, born in 1988 (both opponents of the special military operation in Ukraine), set fire to technological equipment on a stretch of the Sverdlovsk Railway in the village of Neivo-Rudyanka, Sverdlovsk Region, disrupting rail traffic. Some damage was caused but there were no casualties.

On March 15, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Russian Federal Security Service Directorate for the Sverdlovsk Region opened criminal case No. 123076500010000017 under Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On January 19, 2023, Ukrainian citizen N.Danilchenko, born in 1951, was detained in Mariupol, Donetsk People’s Republic. At the instructions of Ukrainian intelligence, she committed a terrorist act blowing up a Cascade car of an a staff member of the special unit of the Ministry of the Interior of the Donetsk People's Republic.

On December 8, 2023, the Investigations Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Donetsk People's Republic opened criminal case No. 12302210002000082 under Article 205.4, Part 2, and Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On January 23, 2023, Russian citizen, D.Prokhorenko, born in 1997, an opponent of the special military operation in Ukraine, was detained in Sunzhendsky District, Bryansk Region. He committed arson by setting fire to technological equipment in a section of the Moscow Railway. As a result, movement on the railway tracks was disrupted and equipment was damaged. There were no casualties.

On July 4, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Federal Security Service Department for the Bryansk Region opened сriminal сase No. 12307150001000005 under Article 281, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On February 3, 2023, an unidentified person in Energodar, Zaporozhye Region, activated a caseless explosive device installed on the Jelly car with state registration number AR218EX, killing Head of the department of the Central Interior Directorate for the Zaporozhye Region Ye.Kuzmin.

On January 8, 2023, the Military Investigations Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia opened criminal case No. 123020012052000021 under Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia. 


▪️ On February 9, 2023, Russian citizen A.Platov, born in 1990, was detained in Omsk, Omsk Region. Platov, an opponent of the special military operation in Ukraine, set fire to the building of the city’s military commissariat. There were no casualties or injuries, but significant material damage was incurred. 

On February 10, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs’ Directorate for the Omsk Region opened criminal case No. 12301520057000133 under Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On February 13, 2023, Russian citizen D.Osyagin, a supporter of Ukrainian neo-Nazism, born in 1987, was detained in Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan. He committed a terrorist act by setting fire to the judicial precinct of the Justices of the Peace in the Privolzhsky district.

On September 22, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Russian Federal Security Service Directorate for the Republic of Tatarstan opened criminal case No. 12301920053000188 under Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia. 


▪️ On February 23, 2023, Russian citizen A.Levadny, born in 1994, (associated with the ideologies of Ukrainian neo-Nazism, including the terrorist organisation Azov), committed arson at the city’s military commissariat department in Murmansk, Murmansk Region. There were no casualties or injuries, but the incident resulted in significant material damage. 

On March 3, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Russian Federal Security Service Directorate for the Murmansk Region opened criminal case No. 12307470001000008 under Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On February 25, 2023, Russian citizens Ye.Yermakov, born in 2004, and V.Golushko, born in 2001, carried out sabotage on instructions from the Ukrainian special services by setting fire to a relay box of the West Siberian Railway in Anzhero-Sudzhensk, Kemerovo Region – Kuzbass. There were no casualties or injuries. Yermakov and Golushko were detained on April 23, 2023. 

On September 20, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Russian Federal Security Service Directorate for the Kemerovo Region − Kuzbass opened criminal case No. 12307320001000060 under Article 281, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On February 27, 2023, Ukrainian citizens V.Repka, born in 1989, and A.Tsylera, born in 1982, were detained in Lugansk, Lugansk People’s Republic. At the instructions of Ukrainian intelligence, they committed a terrorist act by placing an IED on the car of the senior assistant prosecutor of the Melovsky District, E.Degtyaryov, which failed to detonate due to the failure of the power source.

On September 12, 2023, the Investigations Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Lugansk People's Republic opened criminal case No. 12302430002000066 under Article 205, Part 2, Article 222.1., Part 3, and Article 223.1, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On March 9, 2023, Russian citizen A.Bagautdinov, born in 2000, was detained in Sibai, Republic of Bashkortostan. At the instructions of Ukrainian intelligence, he committed arson by setting fire to the technological equipment of a section of the South Ural Railway. This disrupted rail traffic and caused material damage. There were no victims. 

On March 11, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Federal Security Service of Russia for the Republic of Bashkortostan opened criminal case No. 12307800001000012 under Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On March 11, 2023, Russian citizen A.Bazhov (opponent of the special military operation in Ukraine), born in 2002, was detained in the town of Polevsky, Sverdlovsk Region, for setting fire to technological equipment on a stretch of the Sverdlovsk Railway. Much damage was caused, but there were no casualties.  

On March 17, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Russian Federal Security Service Directorate for the Sverdlovsk Region opened criminal case No. 123076500010000020 under Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On March 12, 2023, four Russian citizens − A.Krioni, born in 2007 (underage, first-year student of the Ufa College of Statistics, Informatics and Computer Technology), who recruited, at the instructions of unidentified persons, A.Shaydullin, born in 2002, N.Ivanov, born in 2002, and I.Gaisin, born in 2002 − set fire to the technological equipment of a site near the Karlaman railway station of the Kuibyshev Railway. There were no victims, but significant material damage was inflicted. All of the perpetrators were detained on March 23, 2023, in Ufa, Republic of Bashkortostan 

On March 23, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Russian Federal Security Service Directorate for the Republic of Bashkortostan opened criminal case No. 12307800001000015 under Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On March 20, 2023, Russian citizen B.Ibragimov, born in 2004, was detained in Naberezhnye Chelny, Republic of Tatarstan. At the instructions of Ukrainian intelligence, he committed arson on the technological equipment of the section of the Avtozavodskaya Station - Sidorovka railway section on the territory of the Tukayevsky municipal district of the republic.

On April 25, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Russian Federal Security Service Directorate for the Republic of Tatarstan opened criminal case No. 12302920022000032 under Article 281, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On March 25, 2023, Russian citizens Ye.Yermakov, born in 2004, and V.Golushko, born in 2001, carried out sabotage under instructions from the Ukrainian special services by setting fire to a relay box of the West Siberian Railway in Anzhero-Sudzhensk, Kemerovo region − Kuzbass. There were no casualties or injuries. Yermakov and Golushko were detained on April 23, 2023. 

On September 20, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Russian Federal Security Service Directorate for the Kemerovo Region − Kuzbass opened criminal case No. 12307320001000061 under Article 281, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On March 30, 2023, Russian citizens Ye.Yermakov, born in 2004, and V.Golushko, born in 2001, carried out sabotage under instructions from the Ukrainian special services by setting fire to a tank car owned by Promtransservice of the West Siberian Railway in Anzhero-Sudzhensk, Kemerovo region − Kuzbass. There were no casualties or injuries. Yermakov and Golushko were detained on April 23, 2023. 

On September 20, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Russian Federal Security Service Directorate for the Kemerovo Region - Kuzbass opened criminal case No. 12307320001000062 under Article 281, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On April 2, 2023, Russian citizen Darya Trepova, born in 1997, was detained in St Petersburg. Trepova, acting on instructions from Ukrainian special services, carried out a terrorist attack by using an improvised explosive device to detonate the Patriot cafe during a creative meeting with war correspondent Maxim Fomin, born in 1982. Fomin died on the spot, and another 30 people sustained injuries of varying severity. 

On April 3, 2023, the Main Investigations Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia opened criminal case No. 12302007703000432 under Article 205, Part 3 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On April 4, 2023, Russian citizens Ye.Yermakov, born in 2004, and V.Golushko, born in 2001, carried out sabotage under the instructions from the Ukrainian special services by setting fire to a relay box of the West Siberian Railway in Tomsk, Tomsk Region. There were no casualties or injuries. Yermakov and Golushko were detained on April 23, 2023. 

On September 20, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Russian Federal Security Service Directorate for the Kemerovo Region − Kuzbass opened criminal case No. 12307320001000063 under Article 281, Part 1, of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On April 5, 2023, the pilot of the downed aircraft, Ukrainian citizen A.Morozov, born in 1955, was detained in the Klimovsky District, Bryansk Region. At the instruction of Ukrainian special services, he dropped an aerial munition from the aircraft he was piloting, resulting in an explosion on the territory of the Slava Integrated Plant of the Rosreserv Central Federal State Unitary Enterprise in the Central Federal District. There were no casualties, but the plant sustained a considerable damage.

On April 6, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Russian Federal Security Service Directorate for the Bryansk Region opened criminal case No. 12307150001000011 under Article 281, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On April 12, 2023, Russian citizen N.Kornilova, born in 1962, was detained in Usinsk, Komi Republic. Kornilova, an opponent of the special military operation in Ukraine, was responsible for committing a terrorist attack by setting fire to the building of the city’s military commissariat. 

On September 27, 2023, the Investigatiions Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Komi Republic opened criminal case No. 12302870008000031 under Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On April 13, 2023, Russian citizens V.Zavalny, born in 2004, and M.Golodyuk, born in 2004, opponents of the special military operation in Ukraine, committed arson by setting fire to technological equipment at a Moscow Railway section in Kaluga, Kaluga Region. As a result, movement on the railway tracks was disrupted and equipment was damaged. There were no casualties. V.Zavalny and M.Golodyuk were detained on April 20, 2023.

On April 21, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for Kaluga Region opened criminal case No. 12307290001000017 under Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On April 16, 2023, Russian citizens V.Zavalny, born in 2004, and M.Golodyuk, born in 2004, opponents of the special military operation in Ukraine committed arson by setting fire to technological equipment in a Moscow Railway section in Kaluga. As a result, movement on the railway tracks was disrupted and equipment was damaged. There were no casualties. V.Zavalny and M.Golodyuk were detained on April 20, 2023.

On April 24, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for Kaluga Region opened criminal case No. 12307290001000018 under Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On April 19, 2023, Russian citizen O.Chursin, born in 1973, was detained in Chelyabinsk, Chelyabinsk Region. Chursin, an opponent of the special military operation in Ukraine, set fire to the technological equipment of a section of the South Ural Railway. This action disrupted rail traffic and caused material damage. There were no casualties or injuries.

On April 20, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Russian Federal Security Service Directorate for the Chelyabinsk Region opened criminal case No 12307750001000039 under Article 281, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On May 4, 2023, Russian citizens K.Ivanov, born in 1998, and R.Zarovnyayev, born in 1993 (both opponents of the special military operation in Ukraine), were detained in the town of Kachkanar, Sverdlovsk Region, for committing a terrorist act by setting fire to technological equipment on a stretch of the Sverdlovsk Railway. As a result, rail traffic was disrupted and material damage caused. There were no casualties.

On May 4, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the Sverdlovsk Region opened criminal case No. 123076500010000036 under Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On May 6, 2023, Russian citizen A.Permyakov, born in 2003, was detained in the village of Pionersky, Borsky District, Nizhni Novgorod Region, for committing, on instructions from the Ukrainian security services, a terrorist act by blowing up an AUDI Q7, as a result of which its passenger, public figure and author Yevgeny Prilepin, born in 1975, known by his pen-name as Zakhar Prilepin, was hospitalised in a moderately grave condition. His bodyguard and driver, Alexander Shubin, born in 1996, died on the spot. 

On May 6, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the Nizhni Novgorod Region opened criminal case No. 12302007703000631 under Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On May 6, 2023, Russian citizens A.Udalykh, born in 2002, N.Sychev, born in 2004, and D.Masgutov, born in 2004, were detained in Magnitogorsk, Chelyabinsk Region. These individuals, opponents of the special military operation in Ukraine, set fire to the technological equipment of a section of the South Ural Railway. This action disrupted rail traffic and caused material damage. There were no casualties or injuries. 

On April 20, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Russian Federal Security Service Directorate for the Chelyabinsk Region opened criminal case No. 12307750001000045 under Article 281, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On May 9, 2023, M.Lazakovich, a citizen of Russia, born in 2004, an opponent of the special military operation in Ukraine, committed arson by setting fire to the building of the military commissariat for the Likhoslavl and Spirovsky districts of the city. Lazakovich was detained in Tver, Tver Region. There were no casualties, but significant damage was caused to property.

On May 10, 2023, the Investigative Unit of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs’ Department for the Likhoslavl District opened criminal case No. 12301280013000105 under Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On May 11, 2023, Russian citizen Ye.Zabolotny, born in 1993, was detained in Usinsk, Komi Republic. Zabolotny, an opponent of the special military operation in Ukraine, was responsible for setting fire to one of the administrative buildings of the Russian FSS Directorate in the Komi Republic. There were no casualties or injuries, but the incident resulted in significant material damage. 

On May 11, 2023, the Investigations Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Komi Republic opened criminal case No. 12302870008000020 under Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On May 14, 2023, Russian citizen Sh.Aliev-Gasanov, born in 2004, was detained in Murmansk, Murmansk Region. Aliev-Gasanov was acting on instructions from Ukrainian special services and set fire to a department of the city’s military commissariat. There were no casualties or injuries, but the incident resulted in significant material damage. 

On May 14, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Russian Federal Security Service Directorate for the Murmansk Region opened criminal case No. 12307470001000016 under Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On May 15, 2023, a supporter of the Russian Freedom Legion Ukrainian terrorist organisation, Russian citizen S.Novikov, born in 1993, was detained in Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan. He committed sabotage by setting fire to a relay box at the Derbyshki railway station of the Gorky Railway.

On December 13, 2023, the Investigative Directorate of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan opened criminal case No. 12302920022000101 under Article 281, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On May 15, 2023, Ukrainian citizen A.Degtyaryov, born in 1995, was detained in Lugansk, Lugansk People’s Republic. At the instructions of Ukrainian intelligence, he committed a terrorist act against Acting Minister of the Interior for the Lugansk People's Republic Major General I.Kornet, born in 1979, who received injuries of moderate severity. His security officer and three other civilians were hospitalised.

On October 12, 2023, the Investigations Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Lugansk People's Republic opened criminal case No. 12302430002000075 under Article 205, Part 3 and Article 223.1, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia. 


▪️ On May 24, 2023, N.Bandurist, a citizen of Russia, born in 1992, an opponent of the construction of the Yuzhno-Lytkarinsk motorway running through the city, was detained in the city of Vidnoye, Moscow Region. He committed a terrorist act by setting fire to the building of the 4th branch of the 5th District Department of the Federal Security Service for Moscow and the Moscow Region. No fire ensued. 

On July 12, 2023, the Main Investigations Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Moscow Region opened criminal case No. 12302460030000056 under Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On May 24, 2023, Russian citizen D.Demidchik, born in 1997, was detained in Magnitogorsk, Chelyabinsk Region. Demidchik, an opponent of the special military operation in Ukraine, set fire to the technological equipment of a section of the South Ural Railway in the Ordzhonikidze district of the city. This action disrupted rail traffic and caused material damage. There were no casualties or injuries. 

On June 4, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Russian Federal Security Service Directorate for the Chelyabinsk Region opened criminal case No 12307750001000056 under Article 281, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On June 2, 2023, Russian citizens K.Kondratenko, born in 2006, and I.Ivanov, born in 2007, were detained in Uyar, Krasnoyarsk Territory. They set fire to the technological equipment of a section of the Krasnoyarsk Railway, on instructions from the Ukrainian special services. There were no casualties or injuries. 

On August 8, 2023, the Eastern Interregional Investigations Department for Transport of the Investigative Committee of Russia opened criminal case No. 12307040001000045 under Article 281, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On June 6, 2023, Russian citizen I.Lysenko, born in 1993, was detained in Miass, Chelyabinsk Region. Lysenko, an opponent of the special military operation in Ukraine, set fire to the technological equipment of a section of the South Ural Railway. There were no casualties or injuries. 

On June 8, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Russian Federal Security Service Directorate for the Chelyabinsk Region opened criminal case No. 12307750001000058 under Article 281, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On June 12, 2023, Russian citizen G.Uzyallo, born in 1995, was detained in the Sosnovsky District of the Chelyabinsk Region. Uzyallo, acting on instructions from the Ukrainian special services, set fire to the technological equipment of a section of the South Ural Railway. There were no casualties or injuries. 

On June 12, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Russian Federal Security Service Directorate for the Chelyabinsk Region opened criminal case No. 12307750001000061 under Article 281, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On June 13, 2023, Ukrainian citizens M.Vorobyov, born in 1991, and M.Timofeyev, born in 1982, were detained in Melitopol, Zaporozhye Region. They committed a terrorist act by blowing up diesel locomotives located on the territory of the Melitopol Railway locomotive depot.

On August 22, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Federal Security Service of Russia for the Zaporozhye Region opened criminal case No. 12307230001000023 under Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia. 


▪️ On June 23, 2023, Russian citizen S.Yerzhov, born in 1980, was detained in Yalta, the Republic of Crimea, for committing a terrorist attack by detonating the Koreiz main medium-pressure gas pipeline belonging to the Krymgazseti State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea. 

On July 4, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Russian Federal Security Service Directorate for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol opened criminal case No. 12301350007000167 under Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On June 27, 2023, Russian citizens K.Perfilyev, born in 2002, and R.Zvyagintsev, born in 2002 (both opponents of the special military operation in Ukraine), were detained in the village of Stantsionny-Polevskoy, Sverdlovsk Region, for committing a terrorist act by setting fire to a battery cabinet on the Sverdlovsk Railway.  

On August 1, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Russian Federal Security Service Directorate for the Sverdlovsk Region opened criminal case No. 12307650001000052 under Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia. 


▪️ On July 13, 2023, Russian citizens D.Yevtekhov, born in 2004, and V.Shipichkin, born in 1996, were detained in the Kirov Region for committing, on instructions from the Ukrainian security services, a terrorist act by setting fire to relay cases on the Gorky Railway, a subsidiary of Russian Railways, on July 12, 2023.  

On July 14, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Russian Federal Security Service Directorate for the Kirov Region opened criminal case No. 12307330001000021 under Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On July 20, 2023, (earlier detained) Russian citizens D.Yevtekhov, born in 2004, and V.Shipichkin, born in 1996, committed, on instructions from the Ukrainian security services, a terrorist act by setting fire to relay cases on the Gorky Railway, a subsidiary of Russian Railways, on July 8, 2023.

On July 20, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Russian Federal Security Service Directorate for the Kirov Region opened criminal case No. 12307330001000022 under Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On July 28, 2023, Russian citizen S.Okroshko (opponent of the special military operation in Ukraine), born in 1981, was detained at Mashtakovo checkpoint, Orenburg Region, while attempting to leave the Russian Federation. Okroshko had committed an act of sabotage by exploding a home-made explosive device at the Kuibyshevsky Oil Refinery in the city of Samara, Samara Region. Considerable material damage was caused, although there were no casualties.

On July 28, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Russian Federal Security Service Directorate for the Nizhni Novgorod Region opened criminal case No. 12307360001000045 under Article 281, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On July 31, 2023, Russian citizen A.Perov, born in 1969, was detained in St Petersburg for committing a terrorist attack by setting fire at the city’s military commissariat building. 

On August 4, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Russian Federal Security Service Directorate for St Petersburg and the Leningrad Region opened criminal case No. 12301400013003999 under Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On August 1, 2023, Russian citizen Zh.Kurbanova, born in 1956, was detained in St Petersburg for committing a terrorist attack by setting fire at the city’s military commissariat building. 

On August 4, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Russian Federal Security Service Directorate for St Petersburg and the Leningrad Region opened criminal case No. 12301400001001554 under Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On August 2, 2023, Russian citizen V.Yershov, born in 1947, was detained in Vsevolozhsk, Leningrad Region. Yershov was involved in a terrorist attack by setting fire to the building of the city’s military commissariat, carried out at the direction of unidentified individuals. 

On August 2, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs’ Directorate for the Vsevolozhsk District of the Leningrad Region opened criminal case No. 12301410018003011 under Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On August 11, 2023, Russian citizen V.Vaitsel, born in 1978, was detained in Polevskoy, Sverdlovsk Region. Vaitsel, acting under the direction of telephone scammers, committed a terrorist attack by setting fire to the building of the city’s military commissariat. 

On August 11, 2023, the Investigations Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Sverdlovsk Region opened criminal case No. 12302650064000034 under Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On August 16, 2023, Russian citizen S.Lovchenkov, born in 1997, was detained in Chernyshevsk, Trans-Baikal Territory. An opponent of the special military operation in Ukraine, he committed a terrorist act by setting fire to the military commissariat in the Chernyshevsky District. There were no casualties, but the attack caused material damage.

On October 3, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs’ Directorate for the Trans-Baikal Territory opened criminal case No. 12301760024000341 under Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On August 17, 2023, Russian citizens M.Novikov, born in 2003, I.Kuznetsov, born in 2003, and I.Bamukhametov, born in 2003, were detained in Yekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk Region. These individuals, opponents of the special military operation in Ukraine, committed a terrorist attack by setting fire to the technological equipment of a section of the Sverdlovsk Railway. There were no casualties or injuries, but significant damage was incurred. 

On August 17, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Russian Federal Security Service Directorate for the Sverdlovsk Region opened criminal case No. 123076500010000053 under Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On August 20, 2023, Russian citizen A.Lenyuk, born in 1994, a supporter of the Ukrainian terrorist organisation Freedom of Russia Legion, was detained in the Krasnoarmeisky District of the Chelyabinsk Region, for committing sabotage by setting fire to the technological equipment belonging to the South Ural Railway. 

On August 20, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Russian Federal Security Service Directorate for the Chelyabinsk Region opened criminal case No. 12307750001000080 under Article 281, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On August 21 and 23, 2023, a sabotage and reconnaissance unit of Ukrainian armed formations comprising Ukrainian citizens A.Mazurenko, born in 1996, D.Tkachenko, born in 1994, A.Antonenko, born in 1989, A.Kulish, born in 1990, I.Dolmatov, born in 1993, as well as individuals using the callsigns "Mak" and "Macgregor", carried out strikes using unmanned aerial vehicles against civil infrastructure facilities and the Shaikovka military airfield of long-range and military transport aviation units of the Russian Ministry of Defence in Kirovsky District, Kaluga Region. There were no casualties.

On November 3, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Federal Security Service of Russia opened criminal case No. 12307007701000151 under Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On August 22, 2023, Russian citizen A.Belozersky, born in 1975, was detained in Yekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk Region, for his involvement in a terrorist attack. Belozersky set fire to the building of the city’s military commissariat under the direction of telephone scammers. 

On August 23, 2023, the Military Investigations Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Yekaterinburg garrison opened criminal case No. 12302001001000138 under Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On August 30, 2023, Russian citizen V.Kildiyarov, born in 1997, was detained in Ufa, Republic of Bashkortostan. An opponent of the special military operation in Ukraine, he committed sabotage by setting fire to a relay box on the Kuibyshev Railway.

On December 19, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Russian Federal Security Service Directorate for the Republic of Bashkortostan opened criminal case No. 12307800001000042 under Article 281, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On September 3, 2023, underage Russian citizens Y.Grechko, born in 2007, and K.Komarovskikh, born in 2006, were detained in the Kirov Region for committing a terrorist act by setting fire to relay cases on the Gorky railway.

On September 7, 2023, the Investigation Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Kiev Region opened criminal case No. 12302330022000030 under Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia. 


▪️ On September 5, 2023, Russian citizen N.Semak, born in 1990, was detained in St Petersburg for his involvement in a terrorist attack. Semak detonated an improvised explosive device near the dome of a ventilation shaft located adjacent to the building of the city military commissariat in the Nevsky district. The incident resulted in material damage, but there were no casualties or injuries. 

On November 22, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Russian Federal Security Service Directorate for St Petersburg and the Leningrad Region opened criminal case No. 12301400000003469 under Article 205, Part 1, and Article 222.1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On September 7, 2023, Russian citizen Ye.Komaricheva, born in 1964, was detained in St Petersburg. Komaricheva was directed by Ukrainian special services to commit a terrorist attack by setting fire to the recruitment point at the military commissariat in the Vyborg district of the city. The incident resulted in material damage, but there were no casualties or injuries. 

On September 8, 2023, the Main Directoratet of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for St Petersburg and the Leningrad Region opened criminal case No. 12301400019003460 under Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On September 9, 2023, A.Chestnykh, a citizen of Russia, born in 1994, was detained in Reutov, Moscow Region. He committed a terrorist act by setting fire to the Reutov transformer substation, causing damage to property. There were no casualties.

On September 9, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ Directorate for Transport at the Moscow-Kurskaya station opened criminal case No. 12301009603000240 under Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On September 18, 2023, M.Belavin, a citizen of Russia, born in 1958, was detained at the aircraft parking area of the Chkalovsky military airfield in the Moscow Region. He committed sabotage by detonating improvised explosive devices on the instructions of Ukrainian special services, causing damage to property. Three aircraft were damaged and are to be repaired. 

On September 21, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for Moscow and the Moscow Region opened criminal case No. 12307450001000103 under Article 281, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On September 28, 2023, underage Russian citizens M.Tokmakov, born in 2007, E.Strekalovsky, born in 2007, and A.Spitsov, born in 2007, were detained in Syktyvkar, Republic of Komi. They committed a terrorist act: offsetting fire to an antenna pavilion owned by the Russian Television and Radio Broadcasting Network Branch Radio and Television Transmission Centre of the Komi Republic. There were no victims.

On October 9, 2023, the Investigations Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Komi Republic opened criminal case No. 12302870002100189 under Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On October 5, 2023, Russian citizens A.Galiakhmetov, born in 2002, I.Gvozdikov, born in 2007, and A.Salyamov, born in 2003, were detained in Bugulma, Republic of Tatarstan. Being opponents of the special military operation in Ukraine, they committed a terrorist act by setting fire to a relay box on the Kuibyshev Railway.

On October 5, 2023, the Kazan Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ Regional Directorate for Transport opened criminal case No. 12301000149000269 under Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.
