▪️ On February 28, 2022, Kirill Butylin, a citizen of the Russian Federation born in 2001, set on fire the Unified Military Conscription Office for Lukhovitsy and Zaraisk, Moscow Region.

On May 26, 2022, the Investigative Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the city of Moscow and the Moscow Region opened criminal case No. 12207450001000036 under Article 205, Part 2, Par. C of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On February 28, 2022, Sergey Gurin, a citizen of the Russian Federation born in 1991, who opposed the special military operation carried out by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in Ukraine and the current constitutional government of the Russian Federation, hit with his car in Krasnodar an officer from the Detached Battalion of the Interior Ministry Directorate’s State Traffic Safety Inspectorate for the city of Krasnodar. After the incident, Sergey Gurin tried to get the traffic police officer’s service gun in order to kill as many people and law enforcement officers as possible.

On February 28, 2022, the Investigations Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Krasnodar Territory opened criminal case No. 12202030077000039 under Article 317 of the Criminal Code of Russia.

On June 7, 2022, the District Office of Internal Affairs of the Investigations Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Krasnodar Territory opened criminal case No. 12202030077000080 under Article 205, Part 2, Article 30, Part 3, and Article 226, Part 3 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On March 19, 2022, Dmitry Lyamin, a citizen of the Russian Federation born in 1991, was detained in Shuya, Ivanovo Region, for setting the city’s military commissariat building on fire using petrol bombs.

The Investigative Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the Ivanovo Region opened criminal case No. 12207240001000036 under Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On May 5, 2022, Vasily Gavrilishen and Vladislav Borisenko, citizens of the Russian Federation born in 2001 and 2002, respectively, were detained in Nizhnevartovsk for setting on fire the city’s military commissariat for Nizhnevartovsk and the Nizhnevartovsky District of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area – Yugra on May 4, 2022, using petrol bombs.

The Military Investigations Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation opened criminal case No. 12202001009000011 under Article 205, Part 2, Par. A of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On May 13, 2022, citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan A.A. Moldakhmetov, born in 2002, was detained in Omsk. Using petrol bombs, he set fire to the building of the city’s military commissariat for the Central and Soviet administrative districts.

On August 27, 2022, the Investigative Department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs’ Directorate for the Omsk Region opened criminal case No. 12201520058000438 under Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On June 8, 2022, enlisted sailor A.I. Alexeyev, born in 2001, set fire to the building of the military commissariat in the Leninsky and Frunzensky districts of Vladivostok.

On July 2, 2022, the Investigative Unit of the Russian Federal Security Service Directorate for the Pacific Fleet opened criminal case No. 12220002199000001 under Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On June 14, 2022, in Krasnodar, Igor Paskar, a citizen of the Russian Federation born in 1976 and holding liberal, radical and opposition beliefs based on an adverse attitude towards the government institutions of the Russian Federation, threw a petrol bomb at the entrance of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the Krasnodar Territory without causing any casualties or damage.

The Investigative Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the Krasnodar Territory opened criminal case No. 12207030001000066 under Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On July 9, 2022, an unidentified explosive device planted between tracksexploded near the 153 kilometre mark of the Moscow Railway in the Bryansk Region (between Robchik and Peschaniki) when the locomotive of Cargo Train No. 2528 travelling from Gomel to Bryansk reached this point. There were no victims or casualties, the explosion blew out the locomotive’s window glass, destroyed a concrete railway tie and caused minor deformation of the splice joint. Sergey Belavin, a citizen of Russia born in 1983 who de facto settled in Ukraine,was detained in the Orlov Region. During interrogation, he confessed to the sabotage act he perpetrated at the instructions of Ukrainian intelligence agencies.

 

On July 9, 2022, the Main Investigations Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation opened criminal case No. 12202007703000780 under Article 205, Part 2, Par. C of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On September 15, 2022, Ivan Nedilsky, born in 1970, was detained in Gagarin, the Smolensk Region, for setting on fire the Federal Service for State Registration, Land Register and Mapping Directorate’s Inter-Municipal Department for the Volokolamsky, Lotoshinsky and Sakhovsky districts in the Moscow Region, as well as the military commissariat for the Moscow Region’s Shakhovsky District using petrol bombs.

On October 14, 2022, the Investigative Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the city of Moscow and the Moscow Region opened criminal case No. 12207450001000080 under Article 205, Part 2, Par. C of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On September 22, 2022, an unidentified person attempted to set fire with a petrol bomb to the building of the military commissariat of the Industrial District of the city in Khabarovsk, Khabarovsk Territory. The window frame fire was extinguished. 

The Main Investigations Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation opened criminal case No. 12202080004000118 under Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On September 24, 2022, Russian citizen M.Durnykin, born in 1982 (opponent of the policy pursued by the national leadership) was detained in the city of Balakhna for setting fire to the building of the city's military commissariat.

The Investigative Department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs’ Directorate for the city of Nizhny Novgorod, Nizhny Novgorod Region, opened criminal case No. 12201220006000728 under Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On September 26, 2022, Russian citizen M.Filatov, born in 1987, was detained in Uryupinsk, Volgograd Region, for setting fire to the building of the city’s military conscription office with petrol bombs.

On December 6, 2022, the Investigations Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Volgograd Region opened criminal case No.12202180028000043 under Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On September 28, 2022, Roman Shvedov, born in 2002 and opposing the special military operation carried out by the Russian Federation in Ukraine, was detained in Zimovniki, Zimovnikovsky District, for setting on fire the Zimovnikovsky District, Rostov Region, administration building using a petrol bomb.

On October 6, 2022, the Investigative Department within the Main Directorate of the Russian Interior Ministry’s Division for the Rostov Region opened criminal case No. 12201600044000575 under Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On October 11, 2022, Alexey Nuriyev and Roman Nasriyev, born in 1985 and 1995, respectively, were detained in Bakal for setting on fire the Bakal Rural Community’s administration building, where the conscription commission is headquartered, using petrol bombs. The fire covered a space of four square metres and was extinguished.

The Investigative Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the Chelyabinsk Region opened criminal case No. 12207750001000077 under Article 205, Part 2, Par. A of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On October 28, 2022, Russian citizen M.Babintsev, born in 1983 (opponent of the policy pursued by the national leadership), was detained in the village of Mukhorshibir. He set fire to the building of the Mukhorshibir District military commissariat with a petrol bomb. 

The Investigative Department of the Russian Interior Ministry for the Republic of Buryatia opened criminal case No. 12201810053000244 under Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On November 24, 2022, Bogdan Abdurakhmanov and Boris Goncharenko, citizens of the Russian Federation born in 1995 and 1988, respectively, who opposed the special military operation carried out by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in Ukraine, were detained in Krasnodar for setting on fire the military conscription office in Goryachy Klyuch, Krasnodar Territory using petrol bombs.

On November 24, 2022, the Investigative Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the Krasnodar Territory opened criminal case No. 12201030007000498 under Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.


▪️ On December 29, 2022, Russian citizen A.V. Smolyaninov, born in 1977, was detained in Omsk, Omsk Region. He set fire to an energy facility, notably, the city’s electric substation with a petrol bomb.

On December 29, 2022, the Investigative Unit of the Russian Federal Security Service Directorate for the Omsk Region opened criminal case No. 12207520001000036 under Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia.
