Having purchase at least 100 Lightning - USB cables for my small company the past few years, I have some insight into the durability of these cables as they are abused substantially in our work environment. Without question every member of our team with one of these cables will never part with it. These get yanked, twisted, overheated, used occasionally as restraint devices and many other non-recommended uses. They continue to take the abuse and keep on working.

At first these cords were great. I loved the color and length of the cord. However, it’s only been 2 months since I received them and they both are not working anymore. I’m very disappointed and don’t recommend them if you want something to last more than a couple months. UPDATE: I am very impressed by this company’s customer service. I contacted them about my broken chargers and they replaced them with brand new ones. Totally free and easy. They even added one day shipping for the replacements. I received them today and I’m happy.

This is just a great charger. Durable, quick charging, 6 feet long. It’s got a braided casing over the actual cable which makes it stand out from others when it comes to durability. It’s a great charger & I recommend it. I attached some photos to show the quality.

if you try to use this charger cable with a cube you’ve bought from let’s say a dollar store or something, eventually it’ll just not let you charge with it very long, at least that’s what happened to me. So I’ve stuck to just using my regular apple cube and it’s never had any issues since (I’ve had it for over 3 months now). Just thought I’d say this incase one of y’all have the same issue and think it’s the cables fault, it’s probably just the cube you’re using lol

Well, it’s quite a sturdy cable and I have always been using another branded cable usually around the house and for traveling and the majority seems to fail after 1-2 years and have to buy more cables. No matter what the cable it’s never meant to last especially if you’re traveling. The most amazing thing about the company is that they offer 3 years money back or probably send in another cable which is very convenient. Highly recommended in that aspect. Now I know for a fact that this is probably the only cable that I’ll be buying for years to come!

Timely delivery and serves its purpose-can’t comment on durability or charging power as it has only been used a few times. Second review - cable failed after short period of use. There is no visible damage or wear and it has not been abused but will no longer charge an iPad or iPhone.

Hello hello hello!!!!!! My son as the newest ipad and has had it for a few months and we started noticing charging issues, i grew a little concerned seeing as its crazy expensive and even though i got it through telus i didnt want to send it back to get fixed blah blah blah...... in saying this i decided to order a new cord thats long so he can charge and play with out worrying about him messing up the cord and if the new cord didnt work id send it in. Anyways didnt have to give a life story so ill end it quick this cord is kick ass id highly recommend it for any apple product. And if im being honest i just got the new galaxy s7 or s8 or what ever it is i dont know much about phones but i think im going to see if they carry a cord for that as well!!!!

So far out of the gate I am pretty pleased with the cable. It is long, has strain relief and is a nice length for what I do. I think there is a claim that it helps charge faster. I don’t think that is really possible with the cable. It does not cause it to charge slower by any means with the added length. So that is a win. Over all I am happy with it in the first week or two. I really do like that they added a velcro tie to it to keep it tidy when coiled up.

I have purchased 2 of these and one by another brand, and they work for 3-4 months and then quit. I won’t waste my money on an iPhone “compatible” long cord again. I will pay more and buy an Apple cord, they last way longer.

Got 3 months of great use...

Bought this cord in May to use with my iPhone XR, and yes, it's satisfyingly sturdy where the usual USB cords come apart. But a couple of weeks ago the function became erratic. I now get "this accessory may not be supported" messages a bit more frequently than occasionally, and the insert piece needs a wiggle every few minutes to recharge properly. And that "recharging" noise every time I move the phone has started to make me crazy. Ugh. SO ANNOYING. When is someone going to make something that's REALLY better??
