ANTALYA'da lise öğrencisi 17 yaşındaki Y.A., internet üzerinden tanıştığı ve çıplak fotoğraflarını gönderdiği B.D.'nin, fotoğraflarını yaymakla tehdit edip kendisine şantaj yaptığı iddiasıyla şikayetçi oldu. Genç kızın şikayeti üzerine savcılık soruşturma başlattı.

Antalya'da 12'nci sınıfta okuyan Y.A., sosyal paylaşım sitesi facebook'ta İstanbul'da oturan B.D. ile tanıştı. İkili arasındaki görüşmeler bir süre sonra sık kullanılan sosyal medya platformları whatsapp ve instagram üzerinden devam etti. Bu görüşmelerde çıplak fotoğraflarını B.D.'ye gönderen Y.A., bir süre sonra fotoğraf göndermeyi reddedince iddiaya göre B.D. tarafından tehdit edildi. B.D.'nin daha önce gönderdiği çıplak fotoğrafları arkadaşlarına göndermekle ve sosyal medyada yaymakla tehdit etmesi üzerine Y.A. Antalya Valiliği'ne başvurdu.
VALİLİK ÇOCUK ŞUBEYE YÖNLENDİRDİ
Buradan önce Bahçelievler Polis Merkezi'ne, ardından Çocuk Şube Müdürlüğü'ne yönlendirilen Y.A., Antalya Barosu Kadın Hakları Kurulu avukatlarının desteğiyle Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığı'na şikayette bulundu. Soruşturma başlatılan olayla ilgili ifade veren Y.A., B.D.'ye kendi çektiği çıplak fotoğrafları aralarındaki samimiyete dayanarak gönderdiğini anlattı.
YAZIŞMALAR DELİL OLARAK SUNULDU
Zaman geçtikçe bu kişiye artık fotoğraf göndermeyeceğini söylediğini belirten Y.A., B.D.'nin daha önce gönderdiği çıplak fotoğrafları arkadaşlarına göndermek ve sosyal medya üzerinden yaymakla tehdit ettiğini öne sürdü. Y.A., B.D.'yi engellediğini ancak farklı bir hesap açan B.D.'nin kendisine ve arkadaşlarına mesaj atmayı sürdürdüğünü söyledi. İkili arasında gerçekleşen yazışmalar da Çocuk Şube Müdürlüğü ve savcılığa yapılan şikayetlerde delil olarak sunuldu.
KALAŞNİKOFLU PAYLAŞIM
Y.A.'yı tehdit ettiği öne sürülen B.D.'nin instagram hesabındaki paylaşımları dikkat çekti. İstanbul'da bir otelde çalıştığı belirtilen B.D.'nin elinde Kalaşnikof marka tüfekle poz verdiği, terör örgütü PKK lehine paylaşımlarda bulunduğu, yine silah ve mermilerle terör örgütünün yazılı olduğu fotoğraf paylaşımları da savcılık soruşturmasına dahil edildi.
