Job Description:
We are looking for a Linux Support Analyst to work remotely and ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services. In this role, you will build strong relationships with our clients, assist them with their technical issues, and have a significant impact on our company. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and providing superior system administration to maintain our server infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Handle logs and technical issues occurring in our infrastructure;
- Maintain superior customer relationships and solve all of their technical problems;
- Test all of our products before they go to production;
- Improve the customer experience by communicating with customers.
Required Skills:
- Excellent Linux experience and a passion for Linux;
- Excellent customer communication skills and a love of helping customers;
- Excellent system administration skills.
