LineageOS 20 Flashing Guide Redmi Note 12S

Flashing guide:

1. Flash LineageOS recovery (boot.img)

fastboot flash boot lineage-boot.img

2. Reboot to Lineage recovery

fastboot reboot recovery

3. In recovery select Apply Update

4. Sideload from PC / flash ROM from SD card.

- adb sideload lineage.zip

- or select lineage zip from SD card

5. After flashing select NO when asked to reboot to recovery

5. Factory reset / Format data

6. Reboot to system

Notes:

- For some reason reboot to recovery doesn't work. Use volume + button when rebooting to system instead.

- Flashing with TWRP is supported but not recommended

- Recovery supports touch (even if it doesn't look like it does)
