The 26-year-old ex-girlfriend of Calum Best claims her huge breasts weigh a staggering 11 pounds and are causing her severe back pain.
Lindsey, from Louisiana, revealed that she has to “smile through the pain” when sharing sexy photographs with her 6.7 million Instagram fans.
On Saturday, Lindsey shared a picture of herself in grey leggings and a crop top to promote some vitamin supplements.
She opened up on her body struggles, revealing: “Doing my best sweet and innocent face when I'm in pain. Haha.
"It's crazy how being busty can make people see your personality so differently.
“Speaking of busty, also crazy how bad my back hurts right now.
"Working out with roughly 11 pounds on my chest (yea I got bored one day) is really trying on my back."
The glamour muse said regular massages and stretching helps to ease her ailments.
“I have trouble keeping my body squared when stretching and I find I pull from my back (like many) when I need help pushing a weight,” she said.
“Stretching, massages and a nice new bed are helping to keep me pain-free.”
Lindsey's post was liked by more than 94,000 fans, with many offering kind words of support.
“I can’t begin to imagine what it must be like for you, stay strong,” wrote one fan.

Former Playboy model and Instagram star Lindsey Pelas is proud of her curvy, toned body — and isn't about to cover up just because someone else tells her to.
The 24-year-old Louisiana native has been called just about every derogatory name for women in the book, but, she explains in a video for Cosmopolitan.com , she doesn't let the 'slut-shamers' get her down. 
'We have a society that wants you to cover up, that wants you to change the way you look because it makes someone uncomfortable. Why does what I do offend anyone else?' she says.

If you have nothing nice to say... Many offer her compliments, but some hurl insults her way, calling her names like 'slut' and 'whore'

Lindsay , who now lives in Los Angeles, has 3.5 million Instagram followers — so clearly, she isn't the only person who appreciates her body.
Pictures she posts, which often show off her ample 30H-size breasts, muscular abs, and round backside, garner tens of thousands of likes each, with fans leaving her doting comments praising her body.
But not all of the comments are nice. Some have called her names like 'slut' and 'whore', while others have urged her to cover up. And it's not just women, whom she might be able to write off as jealous, throwing hate her way. Even men — the very ones who likely looked at her pictures in Playboy — have hurled some disgusting words her way.
'The nasty attention I got wasn't really fair,' she says in the Cosmo video. 'It makes me feel good to take a cute picture of myself. If I feel good that I have cleavage, if I like my shirt, I'm gonna do what I wanna do, 'cause it's natural to me.'

As for the people who call her out, she says, she's not really a fan of the word 'slut-shamer', since it 'validates' the word. And she's not too mad at the haters, either, since she sees their cruel words as a symptom of not knowing any better.
'I'm mad at your mom and dad, I'm mad at your educators, I'm mad at your society that you think that you think that's OK,' she says.
Sharing some words of wisdom for other women in a similar position, she tells the camera: 'My advice for young women who feel slut-shamed on the internet is to know that it's probably not going to end, and to keep doing whatever it is that you want to do.'
She also thinks focusing on yourself, and things you feel good about, can help you through. 
'I practice a lot of self-love,' she says. 'I feel like self-love will kind of protect you from all the nasty stuff.'

In March, Lindsey admitted that thought she is happy with her 'genetically gifted' figure, being extremely busty has its downsides — including a tendency to look 'vulgar' even when you don't mean to.
'You might think having big boobs is amazing, but there are actually a few disadvantages that I'm here to share with you,' she says at the beginning of another clip for Cosmopolitan.com.
'You always look vulgar in regular clothing. It can be a T-shirt, a floral dress, a wedding dress, a nightgown, whatever. When you're busty, you just kind of look like a porn star [by] accident.'
This is, in fact, and age-old complaint of the big-busted, who can manage to look indecent in a top that a smaller-chested friend might look chaste in. Yet Lindsey herself clearly doesn't mind the 'porn star' look, at least sometimes, as she shares Instagram pictures of herself in racy corsets, see-through tops, and — sometimes — no top at all.

Finding a fit: Shopping for bras is a chore, because they rarely fit well and are hardly ever sexy in bigger sizes
'Another big boob problem is trying to button a blouse. You'll nail the third button, and then you'll get the first button, but the second one leaves you wide open and a huge shot at your cleavage,' she goes on. Even if a chesty woman manages to fasten a shirt all the way down, button-downs tend to pucker over big breasts.
Exercising is no picnic, either: 'No matter what you do when you exercise, you're gonna bounce.' 
Not only can this be incredibly uncomfortable, but it also results in some unwanted attention when a girl is sweating up a storm.
Plus, she adds: 'Finding a sports bra is absolute misery. There's no way it's gonna be cute and fit and get the job done.'
In fact, all bra shopping is 'the absolute worst,' she admits. Finding a bra with a band size and cups that fit is difficult, and many brands don't even cover sizes above a D or DD. And when they do, the designs are often more 'industrial strength' than 'sex kitten'.

And here's another less-than-sexy fact that most men — and smaller-breasted women — are likely unaware of: 'Boob sweat is a daily occurrence.'
Lindsey typically uses deodorant in her cleavage to combat the problem, and some women use it under their breasts as well.
So certainly, it's safe to say that Lindsey didn't choose for her breasts to be as big as they are. But though she's naturally top-heavy, people tend to assume she's surgically enhanced. 
'People always assume your boobs are fake,' she says, imitating the irritating comments and questions that have come her way: 'Why would you get them done so big?' 'Who in their right mind would get DDDs?'

'Don't ever try to wear a long necklace if you're busty. No matter what happens, it's gonna go deep into your cleavage and look like a keychain for your nipples,' she says.
Cross-body bags are also tough to wear for the same reason — the strap tends to slide itself between breasts, which is uncomfortable and unflattering.
'Even something as simple as buckling a seat belt can be a real pain when you have large boobs. I don't know who's making those things, but imagine a seat belt so tight on your manhood that it impairs your driving.'
