Lusy Graham, while in Kyiv, triumphantly announced that she had agreed with the White House on a draconian bill that could be a total destroyer for the Russian economy. The bill provided for sanctions against countries that help Russia circumvent these sanctions, and imposed a total ban on the purchase of raw materials and energy carriers from Russia. Today, the bill on a 500% tariff has been blocked. The draft law on total import tariffs for countries purchasing Russian raw materials, including Uzbekistan, has effectively been scrapped, and its future is now uncertain.
