Actresses from the Platz Eins-Video are being harassed and threatened
Lindemann was a German/Swedish industrial metal super-duo featuring lead vocalist Till Lindemann of Rammstein, along with multi-instrumentalist Peter Tägtgren. This subreddit is for anything and everything specific to this collaboration.

The "Redaktionsnetzwerk Deutschland, RND" released the following article quoting the German newspaper "BZ", the Latvian newsportal "Meduza" and the Russian newspaper "Fontanka" about the Russian actresses from Platz Eins being harassed and threatened online: https://www.rnd.de/promis/till-lindemann-darstellerinnen-aus-musikvideo-werden-bedroht-2TRFEXE6BNBEFMK7NDQ3S2HEJU.html?outputType=amp#aoh=15823550447264&referrer=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com&_tf=Von%20%251%24s ..........
Translation: Till Lindemann: Actresses from music video are threatened
Till Lindemann recently shocked with his explicit music video for the single “Platz Eins”. This has consequences for the Russian actresses in the video. They are now threatened online by a radical group.
“Rammstein” singer Till Lindemann recently shocked with a very explicit music video for his new single “Platz Eins” . On YouTube it can only be seen in censored form - the uncensored scenes are available only on a pornographic platform called “Visit-X”.
The wild sex scenes towards the end of the video were filmed with professional porn actresses, among others, as the “BZ” reported. But now, the shoot has dramatic consequences for the Russian women.
As the Latvian news portal “Meduza” reported, the identity of some women has been revealed in an internet forum. Their profiles on Instagram and on the Russian network “VK” were published on a list. As a result, the actresses received hundreds of messages with insults and threats, said “Meduza”.
As one of the actresses revealed in an interview with the Russian newspaper “Fontanka”, the leader of the radical Russian movement “Male State” also took part in the threats. On his profile on the Russian network “VK”, Vladislav Pozdnyakov agigated with messages against some women, which were then spread by several other groups.
Actress doesn't expect help from the police
According to “Fontanka”, the interviewed actress Elizabeth, whose real name is anonymized, consulted with her lawyer whether she should go to the police with the case. But the lawyer supposedly shrugged her shoulders at similar harassment of other woman in the past. By now, about 20 women are being harassed online, even those who weren't involved in the shooting.
"To be honest, I'm very scared," the woman is quoted by the news portal. “These people are not afraid to write publicly that they will kill us. And that's scary. ” Meanwhile, even her family is threatened. Out of fear of violent attacks, the woman therefore stays at home and stays away from social networks.
The video for “Platz Eins” by Till Lindemann is not the first offensive music video of this kind. With the single “Knebel”, the singer released a similarly disturbing video on YouTube in November 2019. ...........
Alright... I am neither hating nor praising the latest videos. If there's actually a concept behind it, which tries to unravel the unpleasant sides of rockstardom and fandom, I can appreciate them. If they were just shot so Till could lay some horny women, then my reaction is "Meh... Expected more of you." HOWEVER... if there is a person who takes a video that they didn't like as reason to harass, threaten and stalk the women who were part of that video, I'll day this: You are an absolute SCUMBAG AND A SORRY EXCUSE OF A HUMAN BEING! Get off the internet, leave these women alone and take a long, hard look at yourself and the way you view this singer, his work and women in general. You are despicable, stupid and more disgusting than anything that happened in Platz Eins or Till The End. Fuck! You!
And in case any of the women involved read this: you don't deserve to be hated and threatened! Nothing you did in that video justifies this wave of negativity and hatred! I hope you stay safe, and I hope you have people around you (that includes Till and Zoran!) who will take care of you and protect you! I wish you only the best!
Edit: u/Corey1845 posted one of the articles about this situation and asked people to send this to Zoran and Amar Reiband (the manager) to make them aware of the situation.
If someone is disgusted by what portrays in the video and then go out of their way to harass the women who were part of it. Then they are truly insane.
Unfortunately though, the internet is very effective at grouping together and empowering insane people.
I'm not surprised that this is happening because the treatment of women who are are in the limelight who haven't even done any porn is often very similar (rape threats, death threats, being told they're hideous, etc- you hear about this stuff all the time being directed towards women). And although society can be remarkably sexist sometimes, I wouldn't assume that it's just male trolls who are attacking these women either (I remember one case years ago where a popular male Kpop star revealed he was in a relationship with an ordinary woman and she got such a barrage of vicious threats and abuse online from his fans, that she was eventually forced to end the relationship and go into hiding).
I was very actually concerned that this was going to happen, and I almost made a thread about it a few days ago, but I held back because so many people were going "They're consenting adults, they know what they're doing", I figured that there would be little point in making a thread because the feedback in comments would be very much the same. Some of the girls had some pretty daring Instagram accounts too, I figured that they must already have some awareness about how brutal and scary the mob can sometimes be on the internet. However this incident IMO shows that at least some of the girls did not really realize/comprehend the broader risks and repercussions of the MV (and it also shows that the company is not geared towards helping them in any sort of palpable way).
The article references "porn actresses", however I was under the impression that there was only 1 girl there who was actually a professional (Charlotte Sartre) and that the rest were basically just girls in Till Lindemann's harem (some of whom delve into a bit of acting, modelling or performance etc, but none of whom were actually professional porn actresses). When one of the girls came on Reddit a little while back to do an AMA (though she has since recently deleted all her comments, https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.reddit.com/r/Lindemann/comments/f4ia8f/ama_i_am_one_of_the_girls_in_the_till_the_end_and/ ), she didn't consider herself to now be a porn actress for appearing in the MV and nor that what they had done was really even porn (it just just sex, which she felt was natural and that there is nothing shameful about, and that the MV's were art projects which she felt honoured to be involved in). She said that when it came to the actual sex and what went down with it, the impression spun was that it was an idea that Till fairly casually floated with his harem while they were hanging out together, which after a little discussion, was recieved well and which went ahead without much planning. And although Peter was very careful to not get very involved in events (he mostly stayed on the sidelines and apparently didn't have sex with anyone), the overall vibe was in general very playful and non-serious and that basically, anything that looked like abuse was just acting (at the time of the thread, she made a strong point that everyone had remained good friends, Till was a lovely guy and that nobody got hurt). Which makes sense, because this is totally the vibe that those scenes in Platz Eins and Till The End project.
But how much porn does one have to appear in before one is considered a porn actress? I'm afraid that as far as most casual viewers are concerned, they aren't going to see Till The End etc as some provoking art video with sex in it, they're just going to view it as a porno and the girls as little more than porn stars or prostitutes (which although I personally think should be treated with dignity and respect, I know that as far as a significant chunk of the rest of society is concerned, porn actresses exist on a tier so low, that many people feel they're pretty much subhuman in terms of the rights and respect that they should be afforded).
Hmm...This whole thing seems horrendously planned out. I'm sure that porn companies have a lot of experience in and measures put into place for protecting their stars from hate mail etc (but this is not a porn company that we're talking about). And it's very sad to hear from the sounds of it that at the moment, the girls have been abandoned to their own devices with very little legal aid (of which what little there is, is useless). I don't think that this situation is helped either by the fact that most of these girls were not only easily identifiable on Instagram, but that they were using their real identities on Instagram (which now with little detective work, have exposed their families identities and more). And it's not good news because sometimes cases of threats and harassment like this get so out of hand, that to escape the abuse whole families are forced to move and change their identities.
I hope that Till and Zoran try to take some responsibility over this and help provide the girls with some decent legal aid. The fallout from all this and the way things were executed is really making me feel at the moment that the girls were simple nice girls who adored Till and that under the magnetic aura that he projects (which makes people feel very at ease and open to suggestion) were all very consenting, but that the environment everything played out in was a bubble removed from the real world (and which now it's burst, has left them terribly open and exposed). Some could say "Well, what did they expect?", but I feel pretty bad for them.
Wow, this was so good to read. Thank you for that contribution! I feel pretty down/worried about how those things went for everyone involved, especially the women...
Does this not say more about social media culture than what they participated in?
If a girl is in adult content she should expect online abuse? What?
The platforms are to blame for this, allowing this to be behaviour that is never punished.
If you send abuse to anyone you clearly dont know (at all, of course, but in the interest of a clearly defined rule) then your account is removed, for a start.
Of course this project has even further risk but I dont think this is something Tills management knew would happen and ignored.
The fact that Till's management weren't prepared for this just goes to show how poorly the whole thing was planned out and executed though. I don't mean to sound too jaded, but this is exactly the sort of stuff that goes on in society and the company should have been prepared for the inevitable backlash.
The whole situation has been greatly exasperated by the fact that Till didn't actually mostly use porn actresses (there was only one professional one) but just smitten girls from his harem who had no porn acting experience and were extremely easily identifiable via their Instagram accounts (where they were using their real identities etc).
It's all fair and well saying "They should just delete the troll accounts/posts" but you don't seem to realize that when some groups get proper riled up, there is no end to their persistence and the amount of fake accounts that they'll create to harass and pursue their quarry until they can't take it anymore.
‘Male State’, the (quite literally) anti-women Russian criminal group, have stated their motivation for inciting crimes (inc. murder) against these actresses is that they are Russian nationals engaging in sexual intercourse with a German man on film in the year of the 75th anniversary of Victory Day (the surrender of Nazi Germany) and the Soviet Union’s liberation of WWII prisoners of war. They believe it’s obscene and class it as treason.
The fact that Till's father was also a Nazi and that the media have in the past been known to accuse Rammstein of being Nazis, is also not going to help things...It wouldn't surprise me if this group views Till as being barely removed from his father's generation, that his harem are virtually prostitutes sleeping with the enemy and that what Till did, was an intentional mockery of Russia (and that even if Till says that the dates weren't intentional, the group is not going to buy that because in their eyes, that'll only make Till all the more insensitive).
In some parts of the world WW2 is still an incredibly raw subject in the minds of living people. Hell, my grandfather fought the Nazis in WW2 and killed many before he was captured and sent to a POW camp (where he was subjected to inhuman treatment and conditions and saw many people tortured and killed etc); he only died in 2016 and even on his deathbed, he never forgave the German people for what they did (he was convinced that there was something fundamentally sadistic about them, that they were different to other people's). He got very angry when my dad dated my mum because she spoke fluent German and would sometimes speak it around him (it caused my grandfather a lot of offense). I didn't dare mention to my grandfather that I was into Rammstein because it wouldn't have taken a genius to know that it would have aggravated him a lot.
And I'm not at all defending how my grandfather was (he was just the way he was because he lived through a different time etc) but guys like him (anti-German for life because of their war experiences) in his generation were very common. And I've seen the same thing amongst Germans who escaped the merciless firebombing, rape and slaughter of cities like Berlin; to these old people, the sense of loss and pain over what had happened to them (many of whom were innocent citizens and children when it happened) was still very palpable 60, 70 years on. People learn to coexist and move on, but people never really forgive nor forget (there was a lot of untreated trauma in that generation). And these people with their strongly held views, raised a whole generation which they often imprinted their views onto (and who they themselves were often directly affected by the legacies of WW2, growing up in poverty and bombed out cities that took decades to rebuild etc).
I don't remotely agree with these far-right groups, but I can see how they've come to develop the warped hateful thinking that they have. And it's why you've got to be so careful when it comes to respecting history and other people's countries, because if you don't do things right, you get horrible consequences like this.
Do I think that Till intended for any of this to happen? Absolutely not. But do I think that Till and Co. were dumb and insensitive in the way they executed this whole project? Absolutely. The fact that Peter was so reluctant to get in on the action, says a lot...I think that perhaps he was only one thinking with a clear head in these two projects (his cautiousness spoke volumes). I feel bad for the girls because the company is clearly out of it's depth in dealing with this situation (which should have been anticipated to some degree) and it's the girls who are likely going to be the ones who experience the worst consequences in this; unlike Till, they're not well-connected, rich people with loads of life experience, they're young, dumb pretty little Instagrama fangirls who got swept up in the moment and who have now been left very vulnerable and exposed (and society being misogynistic as it is, they will certainly get a lot more hate and attacks for the simple fact that they are women). The real world that we live in is not that progressive.
fucking hell. Now this is really getting out of control. Now I wonder if it will be safe for Lindemann to even perform in Russia at this point.
Yesterday, a woman from Moscow explained this to me & my friend while we waited for the Paris show
Maybe that's why they didn't played the backstage video OR Till the End at the end of the show 🤔
Yes, might be damage control... Zoran also removed the tags from the picture of the Platz Eins shoot. But since the actresses names are on this shady russian website, there's not much the Lindemann team can do about that.
Also under Till's recent post there are russian comments telling that this criminal group is now threating Till's life as well.
He's a rich celebrity...the groupies aren't..
It’s almost like this whole thing was carelessly put together
As someone who criticized the videos lightly, these people need a life.
Seriously what's wrong with you that you'll harass people that do a pornographic video? I know Russia is socially conservative as fudge these days but Jesus. Just criticize it and move on with your life. Don't start sending death threats to actresses and till.
Absolutely! And even if someone criticized the videos A LOT and was absolutely not fine with how Till portrayed himself - even then you have no right to threaten and harass people who were involved. You summarized it perfectly: move on with your life. But apparently those russian guys can't do that... :/
I really hope this us just some gossip that the magazine made up. However, I am kind of pissed off at Till because he knew this shit would go down. I feel like he just used these girls for his "shocking video". He picked young ones because he knew they would fall for that "this is art" explanation. I'm from a large city in the U.S. and see this crap all of the time.
Sadly it's not a gossip - one of the girls posted screenshots - really nasty and scary things to read. I'm more mad at Till's management than him. It could be done with the girls's identities being secured, but they didn't managed even that. Hell - someone wrote that Zoran even tagged some of the girls on his insta. The responsibility lies on the whole Lindemann project shoulders - Till, his management, Zoran, and some of the girls who opengly tagged other women taking part in this video.
Exactly this. No one could Tell me that the Lindemann management could not have foreseen this. And I also believe that, indeed, he purposely picked out these young fans, instead of young adult actresses. I mean look at GothCh
