How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of our emails.
We accept multiple methods of payments. Estimated shipping for pre-orders is between 2-4 weeks from the date of purchasing. An email confirmation will be sent post purchase containing tracking information.  
To ensure that your package is properly delivered, and you receive shipment within the time frame advertised at checkout, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Please make sure to also include correct apartment numbers as well. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there are issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, you do not respond, you order will be canceled and your money refunded to you.
Once your order has been placed and you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, we recommend you contacting the courier once the delivery has been dispatched and requesting them to change the delivery address. 
In some circumstances the relevant courier may not be able to change the delivery address for you, and so in this case your parcel will continue its journey to the incorrect address you inputted. In this case, unfortunately Lex & Lily Lingerie are not liable to reship the parcel. However, if the parcel is refused by the recipient at that address or the address does not exist, it is likely that the parcel will then be returned to our warehouse. If this is the case, we will be in contact with you right away to arrange a re-delivery of your goods to the correct address.
If your parcel is sent back to Lex & Lily Lingerie as a return to sender, we do advise that this can take up to 20 working days to reach us at our warehouse. We will contact you regarding this as quickly as possible.
Please note, this can take between 1-3 weeks to process.
We ship Monday-Friday. We do not ship on weekends or on holidays.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Lex & Lily Lingerie, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, in addition to the cost of returning the package to us.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the courier directly . LEX & LILY LINGERIE DOES NOT hold responsibility for ANY packages that state DELIVERED.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your unique tracking number. You can input this into the respective courier's website to track the progress and location of your parcel as it makes its way to you.
In a rare case that your tracking number is not sent within your shipping confirmation email, please contact our Lex & Lily Lingerie Experts to inquire for this to be directly emailed to you. Someone from our team will be happy to assist you: info@exandlilylingerie.com

We've worked hard to ensure our Returns and Exchange process is quick and painless as we know that returning your items can often be a pain.
The first thing to note is that we absolutely do accept exchanges and will be happy to help you find the perfect fit through exchanging any items that didn't fit as expected. While some products may be low in stock, if your requested exchange is not available, our Returns Team will be in touch to organize an alternate size, style, color, or will alternatively offer a Gift Card to ensure you can purchase the required design at a later date.
If you would like us to process a refund, this is also no problem at all. We're here to keep things simple.

We currently offer free returns from the US. If you have purchased from Lex & Lily Lingerie from outside of the US, unfortunately at this time we do not offer free returns. You as the customer will need to cover the returns shipping back to our warehouse so we can process your exchange or refund for you.
We're always working on our offering as a brand, and hope to open up free returns worldwide as soon as possible...

How long does it take for my Return to be processed?
During busy periods it may take up to 5 working days to process your return, after receiving your items back at our warehouse. Our returns team are working as quickly and as efficiently as they can to get your Lex & Lily Lingerie returns and exchanges processed.
Please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to land back in your account.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 
In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the proof of postage, where tracking information is preferable. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this.
