My 'like what you see' option has disappeared from my lock screen so I can no longer find out where the picture was taken. How do I get this back? Moved from: Windows/Windows 10/Desktop, Start, & personalization
This is the way Microsoft has designed the "Like what you see" UI for Windows Spotlight. This system is poorly understood right now, from what I can tell online, and there aren't any ways I'm familiar with of hacking it. I would guess that besides the methods you have already described it is NOT possible to arbitrarily bring up the dialog.

If you were looking at a picture with someone standing next to you, especially someone that you knew fairly well, "Like what you see?" would be a grammatically correct sentence. Microsoft is using that form, possibly to make it seem casual and personal for their advertisement.
Clicking this option gives you the pathway to get comparable sort of wallpaper or deny, in the event that you don't like the wallpaper. In the event that if 'Like what you see' option is absent for you, here is the manner by which to restore it back.
The weird thing is that last time the comments/like what you see stopped working, spotlight kept changing the image every day for a week or so and then just stopped changing the image alltogether.
Enable Windows Spotlight Like What you see using settings. Open windows setting by pressing windows + I and click on Personalization. In Personalization click on the Lock screen. Click on the Background Drop down menu and choose Windows Spotlight.

Like most things, it worked after I finally asked for help. The last change - the one that evidently worked was this (taken from windows community support thread). the only addition from me is that I'd say you have to wait about an hour for the updates to propagate and take effect.

"Like what you see" text on your screen is basically the Windows Spotlight. You may try going to Settings > Personalization > Lock Screen and turn off Get Fun Facts, Tips, Tricks and More.
