1. Beta Program Overview

The Software (LightMail) is provided as a beta version ("Beta Software") for testing purposes only. By participating, you acknowledge that the Beta Software is under development, may contain defects, and is not yet publicly released.

2. Eligibility & Acceptance

Participation in the beta program is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to accept or reject any applicant without explanation.

3. Bug Reporting Obligation

You agree to promptly report all bugs, errors, or unexpected behavior encountered while using the Beta Software via the designated channels provided by us. Failure to report issues may result in termination of your access.

4. Disclaimer of Performance

You expressly acknowledge that the Beta Software:

  • May contain bugs, errors, or instability.
  • Might not function as intended or described.
  • Is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

5. No Refunds

All payments for beta access are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to software malfunctions, discontinuation of the beta, or dissatisfaction with the Beta Software.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including data loss, financial loss, or system harm) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Beta Software. You agree to use the Software at your own risk.

7. Program Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Extend, modify, suspend, or terminate the beta program at any time.
  • Adjust your access privileges, including plan extensions or restrictions, at our sole discretion.

8. Account Security

You are strictly prohibited from sharing your login credentials or granting access to the Beta Software to third parties. Violation will result in immediate termination of your account.

9. Testing & Feedback Requirements

You agree to:

  • Test the Beta Software across multiple providers, environments, or configurations as reasonably required.
  • Provide detailed, constructive feedback and reports about performance, usability, and issues.

10. Termination

We may revoke your beta access at any time, with or without cause, and without liability. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Beta Software.

11. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding beta access.
  • Amendments: We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

Acknowledgment

By placing an order or accessing the Beta Software, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. You expressly waive any claims against us related to the Beta Software’s performance or your participation in the program.
