Any Other "Life is Strange"-like games?

I really love this game, and I can't handle the spaces between episodes, I need something to fill the void while I wait. I really like interactive/drama games. I played the old Walking Dead on XBox and it was pretty cool and similar. I also play Sims (Which I know isn't really interactive but you basically control your character more freely and make decisions for them and such.) But, I want something with an interesting story line and the same type of concept. Preferably PC but Xbox is fine too.

It is very old but The Longest Journey is a very interesting story, a gold classic in my opinion I have played it a few times and liked it a lot each time I played it. It is available on Steam.. Be warned though it is old and graphics are not up to today's standards however the story definitely is well worth playing it for...it is also played from a female point of view. It is also a very long play-through so if you do get it be prepared for a LONG ass game.. :)

- Everything else from Telltale (The Wolf Among Us, Game of Thrones, Tales from the Borderlands, ...) - Dreamfall: The Longest Journey - Dreamfall Chapters - Kentucky Route Zero "The Longest Journey" would make sense to play before the Dreamfall games. But "The Longest Journey" is actually an old-school point & click adventure with some significant puzzling and item-combination work. The Dreamfall games offer less puzzling and are more cinematic-ish in nature. Or, in other words: For TLJ you may need a walkthrough at one point or another. In Dreamfall not so much.

Gone Home has a great story, told in a truly unique manner, amazing atmosphere and a similar tone to LiS. If you haven't played it, do so now! The characters in that game even feel similar to Max and Chloe (at least I think so= :)

Beyond: Two Souls is an interactive drama just like LiS and my second favorite of its type (LiS being first). It's very well made and if you're a fan of Ellen Page and her work then you'll like it even more since she voices the main character and looks exactly like her too. I recommend you give it a shot. As far as I know...it's only on the ps3/ps4?

The Steam version of The Longest Journey worked flawlessly for me and like I said I played it twice and I think I was about half way through a third play of it too...I have an Intel Core i5 system with 16GB RAM and an Nvidia GTX 780 it runs any game I get pretty nicely...it even runs Star Citizen and if it can run that it can run pretty much anything.

I'd love to play Beyond: Two Souls. That's one of the games that make me want a PS4 right now. "Heavy Rain" is cool too. But they are all Sony exclusives - they are not on the PC and they will never appear on it. David Cage's previous games "Fahrenheit"/"Indigo Prophecy" and Omikron: The Nomad Soul are on the PC, and on Steam too though. Fahrenheit is very cinematic-ish while Omikron is a mix of various genres.

I agree with some of the comments above. I love this type of game too and I love Heavy Rain, Beyond Two Souls and Gone Home. I think you will enjoy all of those. Have fun.

Seconding Heavy Rain, Beyond Two Souls and Gone Home. All brilliant games.

Dreamfall chapters has the same choice and consequences style of this game the previous ones in the series I think were more just adventure game style don't remember them having much in the way of choices. Heavy Rain, Beyond Two Souls and Fahrenheit/Indigo Prophecy which have quick time events like Telltale games such as Walking Dead. And Telltale have made some others like Wolf Among Us, Tales from the Borderlands and Game of Thrones. They also made a second Walking Dead game that continues on from the first one they made.

Developers never get it when it comes to video games, they can make so much profit from making games on all platforms, but i guess they just expect someone to pay an extra £300 for a PS4 console for 1 game....nah....i suggest they get of their lazy butts and make a PC version....they will make more money too.

Which 'Life Is Strange' Character Are You?
Arcadia Bay has more than it share of losers, misfits and hopeless romantics. Which one do you have the most in common with?
What is/was your favorite subject at school?
How do you feel about Authority Figures?
I'll respect them as long as they've earned it.
A tornado is coming! Whom do you save?
I have to be the center of attention.
I keep to the edges and watch others.
You see someone beating up a stranger! What do you do?
How do you spend a quiet Saturday afternoon?
You often feel like an outsider, watching the world fly past you. You struggle with lack of confidence and low self-esteem, but you are brave at heart and quick to defend the helpless and the voiceless. You have a small number of friends, but they mean the world to you.
It feels like life's always handed you the smelly end of the poking stick, and there are days when its hard to keep fighting. You've been hurt and betrayed, and sometimes you wonder whether it's your own fault. You might come across as jaded and cynical, but deep down you're a romantic who just wants to love and be loved.
It feels like your best is never good enough. Pressured from every direction, you constantly struggle just to stay sane, let alone "civilized", but others don't see your struggles, they just call you "crazy" or "unstable". Maybe they're right, maybe they're not, but if you are crazy, you want to be crazy on your own terms, not theirs.
You are a perfectionist, driven by success, always looking for the next mountain to climb or masterpiece to hang. You find it hard to relate to anyone who doesn't share your level of intelligence, and might have very few fans as a result. But that's okay. Your work speaks for itself.
Gentle and kind, some might see you as weak, but they don't see how hard you work, day and night, to be the person you think you ought to be. To live for others isn't weakness, it's the greatest and most powerful kind of strength there is, and you don't do it for praise - you do it because other people matter.
You might have all the appearance of the class clown, but all your jokes cover up just how awkward you feel. Above all else, you just want to be loved, but live in constant fear that if people learn who you really are, they won't even like you any more. You know how silly that probably is, but it's just so hard to relax... especially around someone you might have a crush on.
Pragmatic and disciplined, you do what needs to be done, never seeking praise or recognition. Others might think that you're cruel and uncaring, but it's because you care that you work so hard to make things a little better for those closest to you. If only they understood...
You've seen how the world works: You play the game, or you get played. It's hard keeping track of what to wear, what to say and who to speak to, but you will not become some mediocre could-have-been who blames an unfair world for her own weakness. You're better than that.
