MY STORY

I was constantly challenged with facing reality and adversity in life. Life sure doesn’t exempt anyone. That's when I realised that the one constant in my life has always been change and challenges that came with it! I realised that I did not have any other option but to accept reality and embrace the experiences that came along. 

Looking back, the journey has only been an enriching learning experience besides the hardship and struggle that came along. 

This is when I started to question myself, “What would life be without these challenges?” It was with this question that I realised that adversity in life is to help us grow, learn, get stronger and above all to move towards the next phase of life.

Interestingly, life has a very unique way of teaching us the lessons that we need to learn. It can come in any form, at any time and phase. Sometimes, it may not make any sense at all and I realised that is Life! All we need to do is to wake up every day, give our best and learn from our mistakes. Sometimes life will beat you down and that’s OK! You just need to get up, dust yourself and keep moving forward without giving up! 

My life’s journey has taught me that we don’t have standards to meet. We don’t have to be like another. We don’t have milestones to achieve…. We just need to be the best version of ourselves. That’s all!
