Lick and Play are my two favorite Stage Dive Books, two of my favorite books period. I feel they were the best written while I didn't care much for what was done with the characters in books three and four. I definite recommend these two stories.

I’ll admit it. I’m a sucker for rock-n-roll romance and when I saw the cover I picked up this book. Two books in one. Lick is a drunk Vegas wedding story that will have you rooting for it to take. David is the lead guitarist for Stage Dive. He’s been going at it since he was fourteen. He just wants a bit of normal. You can’t get more normal than Evelyn. She’s just trying to figure out how she lost control of her life. These two will keep you on the edge hoping that life will hand them their happ

And now I’m off to buy the next two books in this series.

The first book of the Dive series is Lick. David Ferris, guitar player for Stage Dive spends a night in Los Vegas. David meets a down to earth girl, Evelyn, who is celebrating her 21st birthday, and only wants one thing for her birthday. David,sober and a drunken Evelyn find themselves married. And what a surprise for Ev, who can’t remember, David or marrying him. This is when the story begins and oh what a wonderful read.

This was my introduction to Kylie Scott, and I left every minute of the two novels included here. The mix of humor and steamy romance is a perfect blend, and the characters were wonderfully believable. I've already added the next few books in the series to my list of must-reads, and couldn't recommend her work more!

This is 2 books in one. Yes, I read both of them, twice. I really like the characters and the way the story went. Yes, it was a romance where boy meets girl, boy loses girl, boy get girl back (with sex scenes). But the characters are what drew me. I laughed out loud and got totally involved. While there are people who overlap, each is its own story. If you like romance it is worth the ride.

Cameron can be really sweet at times, “it better be only me,” he growled and kissed her soundly on her pretty mouth. “I have nae ever been jealous over a lass, but with ye, it is different. Ye are mine. I’d kill any man who dared to touch ye.” I liked this book, I fell in love woth Cameron, and Sorcha was so lovable. PLAY: Sweet Jesus Mal I've missed your a**, "ye

And the text messages he sends to Ann sweet lord I have to give the girl props for putting up with that, "when are you on the rag? David said to find out if you want cupcakes or ice cream." He's fiercely protective, "you woke her, a**wipe." For once, Mal didn't sound the least bit light and easy as he gave Reece hell. "Do you have any idea how stressful sh**'s been for her lately? Plus she had to work late last night." I have to say I enjoyed Mal's book more than David's probably because of all the playfulness that is Mal, "nonsense. We just effed so hard we broke your bed. They wish they were us. The natural order of sexual status has been restored." We both laughed. It was all so ridiculous." I mean he sometimes does have to straighten things out with Ann, "you want a song? No problem. I'll ask Davie to write you one later." He put a hand to either side of the bathroom doorway. "I know you wanted to go for it last night. But I wanted you sober. Now you are. I want you. You want me. Let's eff." And when Mal is disoriented it is damn hilarious, "why'd you put my hand down your panties while I was asleep? What's that about?" he mumbled. "Christ woman. You're out of control. I feel violated." Can't wait to see whose next in this series.

Simply put, these books are fast-moving and a lot of fun. I don't read all that much romance, but stumbled onto this one somehow and fell in love with Scott's characters. And while, yes, the genre itself makes them a bit predictable, it was still easy to get lost in them, engaging as the characters are and fast-moving as the story is. No doubt, I'll be reading the other two books in the series. If you like romance, absolutely, I'd recommend them as fun escapes.

Meh, a very generous, rounded up 3 stars. I read the first story about 5 years ago and I do remember enjoying it and I wanted to finish this and get it off my TBR list and I just did not like the second couple. I skimmed through a lot of the second book and the guy was way too maniac and the explanation as to why he behaved that way took way too long. I think if some of the story had been from his POV it might have worked better.

I received this book through Goodreads giveaway. So much fun to read! Fast-paced, entertaining, humorous, fun characters and the stories just kept me in stitches. Enjoyable read. Looking forward to read more from this author.

Great book! 2 books in 1, even better. Rock stars and the women that complete them. Lots of feels and great sex. My sister won this book in a Goodreads giveaway and shared it with me. And now I will pass along to the next person to enjoy.

Mal Ericsson is my new book boyfriend!! I loved this book so much. I hope passionflix makes the Play a movie as well. He was complicated and so was Anne. Amazing writing and I could not put it down. Read it in 24 hours.

Who doesn’t love a book about a guy who takes off his shirt at every opportunity and calls his gal pumpkin? #teammal
