My moon is in LIBRA. I never had a bad temper, but I have anger problems when i was younger.
Why do you have "BAD TEMPER" libra's?
Libras do not really have bad tempers, they are extremes that dip
both ways. Like the balancing of the scales, they are as sweet and
kind with smiles everywhere one day, then the next minute they can
become depressed and whine and complain, until the scales dip the
other way once again, and this goes on and on until perfect balance
is finally achieved. Then the whole process starts over again.
Another factor is they are really gentle and go out of their way for
others, and sometimes people mistake kindness for weakness as
the saying goes, and they take advantage of Libra or think they
can get away with anything and Libra will not do nothing about it,
so then the Libra temper explodes and they then find out that Libra
is the wrong sign to do that to. They hate injustice, or being
someones punching bag, so they will stand up and scream
injustice if the problem calls for it, or at least, make it known
with their kind of temper that they have had enough.
They are very fair minded and do not really have a bad temper,
but when pushed to the edge or too far, they will make it right.

always lies, unless its different for guy Libras, but I dont think

i don't know but i don't involve myself in arguments and stuff just stay away from it. if you were a teenager then when you had temper issues it's probably puberty.but i'm a libra and i never had temper issues.
From my own personal experience i will tell you two things about Libra(sun sign).
I am working ( 5 months) with a man who's sun sign is Libra.Honestly speaking, he never (most of the time) tells the truth.
I have noticed one excellent (if I say good that won't be enough,so excellent fits perfect) character of him is, he offers help (in any situation) to people before even people ask.This is the best character I've ever seen.

Sorry, but by sidereal astrology your moon is actually Virgo. I am a Virgo and we do have horrible tempers. I think it's because we want things in order quickly. We want things perfect. What you need to do id go to www.astro.com and do a sidereal birth chart for free.
