A Libra is a person born between September 23rd and October 22nd. Libras are known for being charming, beautiful, and well-balanced. They thrive on making things orderly and aesthetically pleasing. They also crave balance, and they can be equally as self-indulgent as they are generous.
Libras are also the kings and queens of compromise, and they like making peace between others. This makes them great leaders, friends, and partners, and they can apply these positive qualities to their personal and professional lives.

tell me his flaws and everything bad a male libra can do in general
Where I work, we have quite a number of libra idiots banking here. You might ask, "What kind of money is there in libra idioting?" Well, nowadays a really blithering libra idiot can make anything up to ten thousand pounds a year - if he's the head of some big industrial combine. But of course, the more old-fashioned libra idiot still refuses to take money. He takes bits of string, wood, dead budgerigars, sparrows, anything, but it does make the cashier's job very difficult; but of course they're fools to themselves because the rate of interest over ten years on a piece of moss or a dead vole is almost negligible.
Do you mean just in general? Well... I would not focus on just the bad traits of any sign but there are a few problems that come to mind. Gemini is a neutral sign, it is symbolized by adolescent twins. This means the female may look androgenous or youthful. Not very busty or womanly. Because it is a dual sign, they do not need a mate or partner. They are their own partner to themselves in a way. They are very smart but can be two-faced at times. It depends on the person, but they may talk a lot or be very immature, never quite growing out of the adolescent stage. It is difficult for a man to be Libra, when Mars ( a man) is in its weakest spot in Libra. Libra is a feminine sign, sensitive in nature. The Libra man may have trouble with his masculinity. He may feel he has to act macho or tough. Libra men can be very good looking, but they usually do not know it. They usually idolize bigger muscular men. Libras are great for being balanced and fair, but they usually depend on their spouse to lead the way. Libras need to be in a relationship early in life. Later in life they start to develop themselves and look inward more.
Libras are very dishonest, this includes both men and women, people say they are diplomatic, but really they only say what you want to hear or avoid the question. Also Libras tend to be very indecisive, they cannot stick to a decision. They are the most flaky of the Zodiacs by far. The best jobs for Libras are things like Counselors, Teachers, and Judges.
Despite me considering them to be good judges, because they tend to see both sides, they are horrible lawyers. When you hire a lawyer you want that person to fight for you and to be on your side, when you get a Libra lawyer the chances are high that you will get a wimp who will sell out or duck his head in the sand against the other side.
Libra women are good prostitutes, they are not obvious about their sexuality, but they are very promiscuous in a quiet way.
Libras can be really beautiful people. Personality wise, Libras will not like to be hurried and will hate having to choose between two things. Libra children often seem older than their years and unexpectedly knowledgeable. Libras thrive when treated fairly and will obey rules that are seen to be fair. They treat others well and are kind-hearted.

Flaw no.1 of a libra- Dishonesty. They always gloss over the truth to appease you, until one fine day when you realize that they made everything up. It can be disappointing depending on how you take it. I've seen it myself
Flaw no.2- They are the biggest GOSSIP-MONGERERS ever! They don't like to deal with serious stuff and they thrive on gossip. They are always snooping around, its like their diet.
Flaw no.3- Indecisiveness- They want to keep everyone happy instead of only the really important people so they take a long time to make their choices. Basically they can be superficial.

They are picky...so unless you fit his image of the perfect partner tailor made for him...expect all the bad. Not caring. Talking to other girls. Blowing you off. The list goes on and on. I'm a libra ruled birthday and I get serious about nobody unless I really really lik3e them but in general I like everybody so everybody gets a chance whether its 2 seconds or 2 years.
