Latex Girls is a full-service painting company in Los Angeles, California catering to residential and commercial properties. Artists Gina Raphaela and Tina Alexis Allen established Latex Girls in 2005 upon discovering the lack of care and detail in the world of house painting. Their ethos is simple: You First…Then Coffee.
As a female-run business, Gina and Tina are committed to strong and clear communication with their customers while focusing on the big and little things. “Our client’s home matters, of course, but so does the garden, the pets, the lawn, the neighbors and the little things like showing up on time to give people peace of mind and trust in the process.
Gina Raphaela is the co-founder of Los Angeles based Latex Girls, a premium painting and design company. Latex Girls' projects have ranged from celebrity estates to Hollywood bungalows. Gina is also a fine artist whose work is influenced by her bold and vibrant Italian heritage. From Fellini films to the deep red sauces of her grandmother’s cooking, Gina's fine eye has made her one of the top color consultants in LA.
Gina’s artwork has been exhibited in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Washington DC, and Tokyo. Her creative talents have also landed her in front of the camera in commercial and print work for such clients as Disney, McDonald’s, Charmin and American Express.
Tina Alexis Allen is the co-founder of Latex Girls Painting and Design. After receiving an MBA, Tina helmed the sales and marketing divisions for top fashion designers in New York City. Inspired by the drama of Manhattan and the bright lights of Broadway, Ms. Allen made the bold move to leave her successful career and move to Hollywood to pursue a career in entertainment. Noticing a lack of attention to detail in the male-dominated painting industry, Tina and Gina decided to fill the missing by launching Latex Girls.
Actress/Writer/Producer/Author and GLAAD award nominee Tina Alexis Allen has been celebrated as a writer for stage and screen and for her diverse range of acting roles in theatre, film and television.
