Class Time: 2 hours Activity: You've convinced the president that texting is the best way to reach students about nutrition and fitness and help beat obesity. As the nation's first Teen Nutrition and Fitness Czar, you're going to create five tips that can be texted to teens across America to remind them about staying healthy.
