By the way, it was an unofficial Greek-Italian co-production (James Paris for Greece, Giuseppe Maggi for Italy). The film was entirely directed by Errikos Andreou.
In Italy it was titled "Lesbo", presented as an entirely Italian production and signed (for quota reasons only) by Italian director E.Mulargia. The film was sequestraded by the Bench, sentenced as obscene, and heavily cut.
Bruno Mattei, who had edited the Italian version, ten years later abusively re-made it. The resulting film was his first hardcore movie.

Bruno Mattei, who worked for producer Giuseppe Maggi, shortly before his death told about the relations between Maggi and Paris. I have reconstructed the story of these productions in that article. The Italian actresses involved in these productions (Carla Romanelli, Luisa Rivelli, etc.) went to Greece on the behalf of the Italian coproduction firm.

Moreover, an impressive amount of films of late 60s - early 70s were shot in different versions for different markets. No news about that. Almost all of the Greek and Italian sexploitation of the 70s has been made in different versions.
