Correctly assuming that the average TV viewer wouldn’t be interested in watching a lesbian drama starring a Fringe actress as a yoga instructor, True Detective ‘s Michelle Monaghan as a gynecologist, and Jaimie “Lady Sif” Alexander, HBO has put the kibosh on Open .
HBO has shut the door on Open , [Ryan Murphy’s] risque take on modern romance that was described as “a multi-character exploration of the complex, ever evolving landscape of sexuality, monogamy, and intimacy in relationships.”
The decision is surprising given Murphy’s hit-making track record. In the pilot, co-written by Lauren Gussis, [Anna] Torv was to play a yoga instructor in a long-term relationship with [Jennifer Jason Leigh]’s character, while Monaghan played a gynecologist whose marriage and sexuality come into question after an airplane bathroom fling with Torv’s yoga instructor. Hopefully Murphy can reuse the same basic plot for American Horror Story: Sexy Lesbian Drama .

I was doing a lot of hot yoga classes
and I was just really uncomfortable in class
having to wear these really tight uncomfortable sports bras
and I'd see like, these guys practicing next to me
in like, these itty bitty little brief shorts,
and it just like really kind of annoyed me,
especially considering that yoga is about being comfortable
and so I just felt like I had this literal barrier
that was preventing me from fully enjoying that flow.
The sports bras and all of those different things
can be so cumbersome, and it was super freeing.
Ooh, we're dangling a little bit too much,
but just more from a comfort perspective
than from a self-conscious perspective.
The very first time I did it, I felt powerful.
I felt really in touch with my body.
I really wanted to make it a point for the yoga
to be accessible no matter what your body type is.
especially from like, larger chested women
is like, Oh, well, I won't be able to do that.
You know, My body's not gonna behave,
no matter what your body shape or size is.
Doing more work on self-confidence and self-love
and I think this space is a beautiful space to create
that sense of safety and comfort to give you
the confidence that you can take out in the world.

A newlywed former California high school teacher was busted for having a lesbian affair with one of her students, according to a new report.
Camryn Zelinger was taken away in handcuffs by police from Encore High School for the Arts in Riverside, Calif., where she had worked until Monday’s arrest, KTLA news reported .
She was tossed into the county jail on charges of suspicion of lewd or lascivious acts with a minor and annoying or molesting a child under 18 years of age.
Zelinger, 32, was canoodling with the female student for a “few months” before the victim’s mother got wind of it and reported the allegations to the Riverside Police Department, according to KTLA.
The one-time performing arts teacher was also sending inappropriate “communications” to the victim, who was either 14 or 15 years old, the station said.
Concerned parents told KTLA that Zelinger was “recently married” and “would send requests to other teachers to have them remove the female student out of class so the two of them could spend time together.”
One parent said she never saw any red flags.
“The way she is and the way she interacts with the children, you would never suspect. You would never think she would do something like that,” Tiffany Florez told KTLA.
Zelinger had previously worked at the Orange County School of the Arts and Lola Mae Performing Arts, according to her LinkedIn page.

My hips swayed as I copied the Zumba instructor, Rhonda.
She was dressed head to toe in black active wear and I was in awe of her strong, slender physique.
"Come on, ladies," she called to the class. "You're all strong, fearless queens!"
I felt confident as my body rolled to the music.
"Very sexy moves, Linda!" said Rhonda, winking at me.
Although I was a married woman, there was something about Rhonda that titillated me.
She exuded such sensuality, every time she spoke to me, butterflies fluttered in my stomach.
After the class, I couldn't stop thinking about her comment.
No-one had found me sexually alluring in years.
Especially not my husband, Russ, who preferred watching TV to getting down and dirty.
I'd bought lingerie to rile him up, but he didn't even notice.
In an attempt to grab Russ's attention, I'd joined Rhonda's Zumba class to shape up.
I huffed and puffed my way through the first class, but Rhonda's infectious energy helped me and I started going three times a week.

Thinking about Rhonda's comment about me being sexy made me so flustered, I tripped and fell on my shoulder at the next class.
Afterwards, Rhonda pulled me aside.
"I saw you fell on your shoulder," she chuckled. "Happy to massage it for you if you'd like."
"Sure," I replied nervously, as I sat on the small stage.
Rhonda kneeled behind me, massaging my shoulders.
Then, suddenly, Rhonda was kissing my neck!
Sparks surged through me .I turned to face her, my eyes wide in shock.
"I'm sorry!" Rhonda said, horrified. "I thought…"
Without thinking, I kissed her passionately.

With my pent-up sexual energy flowing, I went straight home and pulled Russ into the bedroom.
"What's got into you?" he chuckled, his eyes wide.
"Nothing," I snapped, pushing him down on the bed.
That night we had the best sex we'd had in years as I replayed that kiss with Rhonda in my head.
When I went back to Zumba a few days later, I ended up at her place.
The sex was mind-blowing, and when I got home that night, Russ joined me in the shower for a steamy encounter.
Had cheating on my husband with a woman reinvigorated my sex-life?
My affair with Rhonda has been going for almost two months and I know it's wrong, but I can't help but think it's the right thing for my marriage with Russ.
One day I'll stop, but I'm not ready to give up my sexy Zumba workouts just yet.
