Your matches will be made according to the preferences you indicate for age and gender expression. There will be structured lesbian speed dating as well as unstructured socializing time. This will allow you to meet other women who do not fall within your preferred dating criteria, but might make great friends!
AM I WELCOME IF I AM BISEXUAL, TRANS, NON-BINARY OR POLY?
Yes! Our goal is to attract a diverse group of women of all ages so we can provide a wide variety of people with whom you can meet and interact. We do not inquire about your sexual orientation or your gender identity beyond the requirement that you self-identify as a woman and you have romantic interests in women. We do ask that you are available, whether that means single or poly.
It is up to you to share what you wish to beyond the basic expectation that all of the women who attend: 1) self-identify as women; 2) are attracted romantically to women; and 3) identify as single or available.
This depends on two variables. One, how open you are to a wide range of ages and gender expression; and two, how open other participants are to a wide range of ages and gender expression.
We will match you with the best ten dates we can. This means, if you indicate interest in a narrow age range, and only one specific gender expression, we will match you with your preferred women first. If there are not ten women who meet this criteria, we will pair you with the next best matches to reach a total of 10 dates.
WHAT IF M Y EX OR SOMEONE I DO NOT WISH TO BE PAIRED WITH IS ALSO ATTENDING?
Don’t fret. We understand the desire to avoid awkward pairings. The registration form has a space to indicate up to 8 women who you request we NOT pair you with. We will work hard to help you avoid any uncomfortable dates!
WHAT IF I SIGN UP AND CAN’T MAKE IT?
Your registration is non-refundable. If you wish to sell your seat to another single lesbian, you are welcome to do so. Please inform us if you do, so we can change the name on the dating line-up. If you sell your seat to someone less than a week prior to the event, it is likely she will be lined up with dates that match your preferences, not hers.
HOW DO WE EXPRESS INTEREST IN EACH OTHER?
After you complete your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. (If you don’t see it, be sure to check your spam email). In this email, you will find a Confirmation Code, which is how you will access your account on our dating app. More information will be provided to you about how to set up your app after you have registered.
The app will provide you with a list of all 10 (or more) dates that you have lined up for the event.
After each date, you will have the option to check your interest in her according to the following:

WHAT IF I AM INTERESTED IN A FRIENDSHIP WITH HER, BUT NOT ROMANCE?
For each woman that you indicate ANY interest in (friendship or more) who has also expressed ANY interest in you (friendship or more), we will provide you with one another’s contact information. This information will be available on your dating app shortly after the event ends.
If you indicate friendship, and she indicates romanceship, we will still connect you, and indicate a match for friendship (it will not be revealed that you expressed romantic interest if she did not).
Because the dates are so short (four to five minutes), there is limited time for conversation. Even our shyest participants have commented on how quickly the dates go! You can prepare for the event by coming up with 2-3 open-ended questions, such as: “Tell me about yourself?” Or, “How do you like to spend your free time?” Or, “How do you feel about forced socializing?” (ha!) You’ve got this, and we’ve got you.

The beauty of Lesbian Speed Dating in London its no-nonsense approach. You take an group of single girls, put them in a room and give them a few minutes to chat, flirt and get to know each other.
Original speed dating events in London normally begin at 7.30pm. You will need to register with our hosts and to begin with they will issue you with a score sheet. This will help you to keep track of the singles that you would like to meet again and perhaps go on a date with. After a short period of mingling, your host for the evening who will run through detailed instructions and give you your starting table for your first date.
A lesbian speed dating event is split into two halves, each lasting around an hour, there will be an interval at half time of about 15 minutes. You will have between 4 and 5 minutes with each person, after which you need to tick a box on your score sheet - "yes, I would like to meet this person again" or "no. Thanks but no thanks".
