A mother-of-two claims to have transformed her life by losing almost 50 kilos and six dress sizes - without any exercise.
After struggling to lose weight following the birth of her two children, Lenka Kulikova believed she would live out her days as an 'overweight woman plagued with health issues'.
But everything changed in 2017 when the 36-year-old, from Sydney, discovered 123 Diet, an Australian brand founded by Emma Moroni that promises to help users lose weight with powders and drops that suppress sugar cravings.
Ms Kulikova said the products helped her to reshape her relationship with food and shed 30 kilos in a matter of months. 
That loss saw her drop from a size 18-20 to an 8-10, but she wasn't finished there.
Ms Kulikova restarted the programme for a second time in April 2021 and lost a staggering 18.5kg in just 72 days - bringing her total loss to a remarkable 48.5kg.
'I never said no to sweets,' Ms Kulikova recalled.
She said she constantly made unhealthy food choices, bingeing on McDonald's and cooking indulgent meals laced with butter and cream at home.

Breakfast: Egg and bacon sandwiches
Morning tea: Coffee, cake and biscuits
Dinner: Chicken schnitzel with potato and pasta
Drinks: Soft drinks and juice along with a few glasses of alcohol and about 500ml of water each day.
Breakfast: Apple and tea or coffee with no milk
Lunch: Grilled chicken breast with mixed green salad
Dinner: A second homemade salad with toast
Snack: Black tea without sugar and breadsticks
Drinks: Three to four litres of water mixed with 123 Diet Drops three times a day.
Ms Kulikova said her previous experiences with diets had been overwhelmingly negative, calling them 'ineffective', 'unsustainable' and 'unhelpful.'
She credits 123 Diet Drops with curbing her sugar cravings and keeping her on track.
The drops - made from green tea extract and gymnemic acids, a sweet tasting substance that suppresses the desire for sugar - are designed to be mixed into a glass of water, three times a day.
Before starting her weight loss journey, Ms Kulikova said she 'never exercised' because she found it unenjoyable.
'I [felt] so heavy. I didn't have power and I was so lazy,' she recalled.
But once she began to make healthier food choices, she found herself unintentionally walking more often - although she still hasn't found a workout or sport that works for her.
When she looks at herself in the mirror, Ms Kulikova said she now sees her 'amazing' transformation and is proud of her progress.
'It's the best feeling I've felt for such a long time,' Ms Kulikova said.
She added: 'My turning point was first to feel better for myself, but I also wanted to be more active for family's sake.'

Their interactions, including their meeting, are laced with indirect sexual innuendo, most specifically on Hayley's part, although Jeff is clear also in an indirect manner that he does not have sex with minors. Regardless, Hayley is further able to convince Jeff to continue their face-to-face at his place. There, both Hayley and Jeff's true intentions come to light, their meeting which was no accident on either side, and the intentions which may be incompatible and have serious and deadly consequences.—Huggo
Due to the controversial nature of the film, the budget was kept under a million dollars so the studio wouldn't ask to change anything.
Jeff's facial hair is noticeably thicker in the opening coffee shop scene than it is later in the day.
Hayley Stark: It's hard to say for sure. Maybe not a Calabasas girl. Maybe not the daughter of a med school professor.
Jeff Kohlver: Maybe not even a friend of Donna Mauer.
Hayley Stark: Maybe not even named Hayley.

This sure is some thriller.Darn those MTV filmmakers,when they really use their heads they show some of their true visual talents.Like the debut made by Mark Romanek in One Hour Photo, David Slade really excels as a director who keeps things extremely intense and gripping with a touch of shocking elements and pure disturbance due to its story.

A film about a pedophile who invites a 14 year old girl into his house only to lead a disturbing game of cat and mouse with shocking consequences and shocking twists.

Along with the superb debut and impressive writing ,it is actually the young Ellen Page who carries the film.You won't find her not mentioned in any review to this film.Hers is a performance worth mentioning,because she takes a huge shift towards her character. Wilson,on the other hand does an adequate job.

A surprisingly effective thriller and of course disturbing in the most shocking sense of way.This is sure one psychological thriller you ought to check out.
