The Australian medicines regulator confirms that they have never seen the data of the Pfizer vaccine research. The rationale behind the request was related to concerns about the reliability and verifiability of Pfizer's data based on their legal history, as well as a proven concern about fraudulent data relating to #COVID19, as seen in the scandal that dumped its reputation in the Lancet toilet, the so-called "Lancetgate" in June 2020
This document is an edited version of documents sent by the TGA in response to this request, which show that the TGA has never seen or requested patient data from Pfizer, but simply accepted their research reports as true.

Doctors for Covid Ethics remains concerned that TGA's failure to verify Pfizer's data has been replicated in other agencies around the world (FDA, MHRA and EMA). It is currently unknown whether any of the major agencies independently checked or tried to verify Pfizer's data before proceeding with the preliminary/emergency authorization of the Pfizer vaccine for mRNA therapy.

In a ruling dated 11 November 2020 by the Portuguese Court of Appeal against regional health authorities in the Azores, the four-person quarantine was called illegal.
