Traffic indicator does some weird stuff when there's not enough space
QS icon color bug unfortunately hasn't been fixed yet
The notification shelf has an overlay bug on all A11 ROMs. You have to restart SystemUI to apply rounded corners / dark theme style to it
Not everything is black in the setup yet but there are only a few occurrences of light theme colors
