A PIANO teacher is facing trial after allegedly filming herself performing sexual acts while breastfeeding a baby.
Leigh Felten from Tallahassee, Florida, is accused of selling child sexual abuse images by posting dozens of videos online showing her performing sexual acts on a child including footage of her breastfeeding a toddler.
The 31-year-old was a music teacher volunteering to teach children with autism when she was arrested last year.
She faces several charges including molesting a child, cruelty towards a child, promoting sexual performance by a child and possession with intent to promote child sex abuse videos.
Cops were tipped off to Felten after the Tallahassee Police Department were contacted by the Crawford County Sheriff's Office in Wisconsin.
It is claimed a distraught witness told them her husband purchased and downloaded several videos of Felten breastfeeding while inappropriately touching a child.
Authorities say in addition to purchasing the videos, the accused man had even travelled to Tallahassee where he had sex with Felten.

When officers went to Felten's home over the weekend, they discovered more explicit videos of her and the child.
A lieutenant with the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office in Wisconsin said the video “was clearly not done for the purpose of education or artistic display".
Local news station WTXL reports her attorney wants a delay to her pre-trial hearing so they can get experts and doctors to preform a phsyco-sexual analysis on her mental health.
The defence says they'll be coordinating with Tallahassee Police and the prosecution to make sure that every piece of evidence appears in discovery.
Feltrn's next pre-trial court appearance is scheduled for April 12.
She faces a potential mandatory life sentence if convicted.

A Tallahassee woman facing life in prison in connection with a series of what prosecutors are calling sexual breastfeeding videos is asking for the judge on her case to be disqualified in part because of her ties to the Catholic Church.
Leigh Felten faces more than 45 counts that include capital sexual battery, lewd and lascivious molestation, promoting sexual performance by a child and possession with intent to promote child pornography.
Investigators say Felten was selling the videos, which include footage of her breastfeeding a toddler. The online videos sometimes involved her "rubbing oil on herself and the child and other sexual acts," according to court documents.
In court filings Tuesday, an attorney for the 32-year-old said Leon County Circuit Judge Angela Dempsey could not preside over a fair and impartial trial.
In a statement included in the filing, Felten said she is not seeking recusal based on Dempsey’s religion or prior rulings. However, she says Dempsey should be disqualified because of her “political and social commitment to the Catholic Church and associated organizations, compounded with the Catholic Church’s position on child pornography and mandate for civil authorities to zealously prosecute this crime.”
Felten’s attorney, John Eagen, cites passages from the Catechism, a summary of the philosophy of the Catholic Church, relating to child pornography and punishment, Dempsey’s role as a member of the Board of Directors for Catholic Charities of Northwest Florida and religious speaking engagements.
He also points to as many as 65 of Dempsey’s rulings that were remanded or reversed as a demonstration of “a pattern of a lack of impartiality, or a pattern of prejudice and bias.”
In 2014, Dempsey recused herself from a lawsuit involving anti-school choice supporters who pointed to her religion as a source of impartiality. The Tallahassee Democrat has reached out to Dempsey for comment, but she was unavailable.
A trial date for Felten has not been set.

Now as Felten's trial approaches, her attorney claims that prosecutors are violating Felten's constitutional rights because the videos amount to free speech.
John Eagen is asking that the breastfeeding videos be suppressed as evidence and the more than 45 charges against Felten be dismissed. Felten, who faces life in prison, is set to go on trial April 16.

Leigh Felten was in court Wednesday for a motion hearing to dismiss her charges and suppress evidence in her case. She is facing a number of charges related to a series of videos where Felten was seen breastfeeding while inappropriately touching a child.
Felten has been in jail for more than two years. Her charges include promoting child pornography.

A Florida mother found guilty of producing sexually-explicit videos involving her 18-month-old son was sentenced to prison on Wednesday.
Leigh Felten, 34, will spend 10 years behind bars for one count of lewd and lascivious exhibition. Felten was arrested in 2015 in connection with a series of videos where she’s seen inappropriately touching a child while breastfeeding, WXTL reported.
Pushing for a 15-year sentence, prosecutors claimed the illicit videos were sold to 40 to 50 men. Meanwhile, the defense argued that Felten was only convicted on one count linked to only one of the videos, according to WCTV.
Felten will likely be serving her decade-long sentence when she stands trial next year for 37 new counts of aggravated possession of child pornography.
Investigators said the latest batch of charges stem from additional videos which were sold online and showed Felton breastfeeding a toddler and occasionally showed her “rubbing oil on herself and the child and other sexual acts” which entailed child pornography, according to The Tallahassee Democrat.
“I have a moral compass now,” she told the judge, according to WCTV,
Upon her release, Felten will be on sex offender probation for five years and is barred from contacting her son.
