Pain In Your Pelvis During Male Masturbation: Why?

I've been looking for an answer to this question, but nobody else seems to be asking it. During all of my ejaculatory life (in other words, from age 13-26), I have a pain when I ejaculate. Masturbation or sex, it doesn't matter. The pain is on my right side along the area where my leg and body meet, about halfway between my crotch and hip. It usually occurs right before I ejaculate, but after it is too late to keep from ejaculating. I have actually asked my dad about this, and he admits to having the same pain, but we both do not know what it is. Anybody know?

my friend has this same issue and for him it is phlebitis related; he gets something to take away the phlebitis and then doesn't seem to get that pain anymore

I have the same problem, but it just showed up about less than a year ago (I'm 25). Very annoying/painful.

Have exactly the same symptom, except the left side. About 3 seconds before ejaculation, it's a bit of a mood breaker. I spoke with 2 doctors, neither of them ever heard of it before. I am now 57 and have this for the past 20 years. Sometimes I get a milder form of the same pain after walking strenuously. I have no other medical problem.

I'm not sure if this is the same thing, but when I ejaculate, my right calf muscles contracts. Sometimes more severely than others, and it can be extremely painful. It doesn't happen all of the time, but it is weird. It feels (and looks) like the muscle coils up in my calf, to the point where I think it might snap. I don't know if it's doing this on its own or if I'm making it do that. I have the uncontrollable habit of flexing my calf muscles when I ejaculate, and this causes the pain. Does this happen to anyone else, or could you try this and see what I'm talking about?
Also, this doesn't happen with the other leg which is weird. I'm not sure if this is what the OP is taking about, but it sounded similar. Just thought I'd post to get some ideas on why this might be happening.

I often have these cramps when I don't get enough magnesium. Like everyone else who has posted, they occur when I'm approaching my climax, and are intense (enough to prevent orgasm, at least for me). I take calcium magnesium supplements, but magnesium can be found in vegetables, such as dark green, leafy vegetables. Other foods that are good sources of magnesium:

* Fruits or vegetables (such as bananas, dried apricots, and avocados)
* Nuts (such as almonds and cashews)
* Peas and beans (legumes), seeds
* Soy products (such as soy flour and tofu)
* Whole grains (such as brown rice and millet)

i get this when i dont eat enough. my pain is from all the blood in my penis and not enough in the legs. i am 21. eating just wastes too much money lol

I have the same problem, sometimes both hips, sometimes on the left. The pain stretch from hip downwards to tight. Very painful but will take 5 mins or so and the pain will slowly lessen. In my opinion, it is related to my backache or lower spine problem. Without much medical knowledge, I am in the opinion that certain nerve has been pressed between the spines. Therefore during or after ejeculation, muscular clamp could worsen the severed nerve. Do a lot of stretching of the tight muscles and back. You might have lower spine related problem.

I have had the same problem for the past year and have been too embarrassed to talk with a doctor about it. It occurs when I masturbate and is exactly as described---pain at top of right leg in the fold between leg and torso just at the instant of ejaculation. The pain pretty much nullfies the pleasurable sensation of ejaculation. Now that I know others have this problem I do plan to speak with m doctor about it.

I think it might be to do with adrenalin at the point of orgasm as when I am stressed I have a dull pain in the same place as the sharp pain I get at orgasm

I had the same problem, just before ejaculating, i got cramp in both my legs i could walk for a second and i'm a twenty year old lad. It actually stop me ejaculating and killed the mood completely, two sharp shooting pains though both legs.
